Those are the Mazda 787B settings that Roj gave me.
So i went for a spin on La Sarthe with the rotary powered beast!

I was used to driving with racing line on but now im trying to learn the tracks and basically enjoy the tracks while getting the feel of cars through each corner, its much funner driving this way than following the racing line.

Before the new tune, the 787B is very twitchy and tends to understeer quite a bit. I could never nail the 3rd Chicane on the straight and the last two chicanes of La Sarthe. I just keep going wide and going too slow to prevent going wide. The time then was about 3.24.XX.

With new settings, i can overcome the understeer and twitch while exiting corners. It felt like driving a whole new car, its very stable through corners, wheel slip and braking times are minimised. Yes, on the 2nd gear, you do have to be cautious with the throttle depending on the situation at that moment. You dont want to over power the throttle while turning with 2nd gear unless you want to end up with the car facing backwards. I got a consistent 3.20.XX after about 3 laps of adjusting to driving on La Sarthe without driving line. I could improve on the times easily as my braking points were all over the place but the car delivers, it does what you want to do.

Tried the NSX online on the ring today. Talk about total rape. Managed to out drive gallardos, GT500 machines and even a Citroen GT after sticked on his ass and made him over speed in to corners. Was amazingly fun. Need a awesome car like this to be able to get nice times in the agonizing night time. Eating lotus elises for breakfast, as well as Scuderias and what not. Just awesome all around.

The Rx-7 as well is damn fast, so is the R34 setups. Very easy to drive on the limit at all times, but none of them was even close to the nsx times. The RX-7 on a good run got about 7:25:xx while the R34 averaged around 7:29:xx. Easy to maintain high speed trough all sectors and handling is a dream. Can't really find any of the car tunes here with any flaws. So it gets pretty bland talking about them as it's mainly same words as they all really shine...

The R34 is closer to the RX-7 than I thought. Considering it's disadvantages, I'm really happy with a 4 second gap. :embarrassed: We don't mind if you do say the same thing for every car, feedback is feedback! :P

It could probably go a bit faster with different settings, but like I said in my PM, it's built so I can control it easily and still win races. :) Once PD unlocks gear ratio adjustments, that 2nd gear throttle can be fixed properly. 👍

Anyway, glad you liked it! I'll have to officially release it at some point. :)👍

Roj's 787B is a stealth version so it will work!

But i have upgraded my normal version to high RPM turbo, racing softs and Body Rigidity and whatever i can upgrade... :lol:

I just hope PD lets us change gear ratios... it would like the 5th gear to go faster! :P
Also i did the oil change trick on that car about three times and getting nearly 900BHP.

Also tomorrow i will be embarking on the 400km of Grand Valley Endurance race with the NSX-R, wish me luck! :D

My 787B is a stealth model with no additional modifications, it'll work with any racing tyre. So the setup will work with the Stealth no problem. 👍

Edit: Tree'd by Kyaw! :lol: Goodluck! As if you need any luck with that NSX, it'll murder the opposition there. :P

So we got this EvoX dropped off by a customer for tuning purposes. We figured the modified settings versus stock were the result of fettling by said customer and thought little of it, same for the clutch-type differentials. Then we noticed the car was being shown in the “customer cars” section of another tuning company's website.

The car was feeling a bit sad for itself when we got it, having lost the only thing that gives an Evo an advantage; the active yaw control rear differential, and running an unoptimized suspension setup. The car was originally set up on the customer supplied soft-compound slicks but we noticed it didn't really need them so we slapped on road-legal soft-compound semi-slicks and finished the tweaks. We were then told we could do whatever we wanted with the appearance of the vehicle, so it got a fresh coat of Ford Oxford White paint and a set of Enkei JS+M wheels sprayed with Alfa Romeo Bianco Spino to call it done.

The Civic Type R ’08, the first 4 door to wear the Type R badge since the awesome Accord Type R. Loaded with the latest technology Honda had to offer, it’s already an amazing car out of the box. So of course we had to improve it. First up was power. If we had just tuned the original engine, we’d just have the VTi-R tune again, but as a 4 door. So we turbocharged this one. 392bhp on a 1051kg chassis may sound mad for a FWD car, but this one has a few surprises up it’s intake. If it wasn’t for the wing, this would be one hell of a sleeper.

This Black Beauty tune turns the 787B into an easy to drive, race-winning machine. After serving me well since the start of my GT5 career, I decided to send the settings to Kyaw after he requested some 787B settings. If you need a vehicle to do constant Ikea runs in, you'll want a wagon if you want to keep anything resembling driving dynamics. If you want a fast wagon, you'll buy an Audi RS6 Avant.

And if you find that the stock RS6 isn't fast enough to beat the crowd and could use a bit more room in the back for stuff, well... Bring it on by us. We'll strip all the rear interior trim, making the already-huge load area even bigger, crank the power by more than 300hp, and make an absolute monster. That will haul more than some trucks.

Yeah, I've triple-checked at this point and no sign of the thing.

I've never had a car say "operation complete" and not make it through, some people apparently have but I haven't.
 
Just had a blast trying out the Ikeamobile. In one word it sums pretty much up to: Bonkers.

I can only see infront of me Jeremy Clarkson screaming "Power!!!!" when ever I start to step on the pedal. It is somewhat insane. Though, insane in a very good way. The acceleration in this car is just mind blasting. A steady stream of unlimited power is what it feels like. I mean, due to the fact that it don't scream like most other "supercars" you don't really notice how fast this thing pulls untill you look at the speedo. And man does it ever pull! The gears just emty so fast, and the tires squeel and beg for mercy trying to surpress it all and keep the thing going in a straight line. It is able to corner though, even though I had my highest doubts. Even with a whopping 900BHP, Sport Soft does do the job pretty damn well. There is now and then the short heart attack moments when it just want to hit the guard rail, but with some gentle throttle controll and firm grasp of the wheel it is quite doable.

This is ofcourse not a nimble, light weight supercar. It will how ever spank most of them on the track if the driver is brave enough to use all those roaring mad nutter german horsepower under the hood, and utilize all the grip of the tires with some early braking. Overall the car is easy to drive. Though can be quite the handfull if you'r not paying attention to every little detail. For what it's worth, I like it. With a few practise runs with the faithfull G25, with no assists on other than a little tad of ABS, I managed to clock in at a respectful 7:04:270 around the Nurburgring Nordschleife, on my way to get a flat packed set of diapers after driving this thing at full speed. That is bloody fast for a car weighing in at just over 1.5 Tonns, and a station wagon none the less.

Love the build, it works for the car even though it's crazy. For longer periods of time running this car I think I would probly utilize a bit more downforce in the rear and get some Race Hard all around. For short bursts though, Sports Soft does the job. Top notch job, Rotary Junkie!

Thank you very much man.

It ran dead even with my F430 Scuderia at Trial Mountain despite the downforce advantage and low weight of the F430, which when put in perspective is bloody insane. Yes, it's much faster on straights than the Scud, but there's only so many areas at Trial you can actually use said power, a gigantic part of performance there is handling capability at basically all speed ranges.

I also agree 100% with the tire/downforce changes for any long runs, particularly when online where tire wear is actually present (offline all you really need to worry about is overheating the tires).

I tested it in the first event of GT all stars (trial mountain) and the difference between it and the default tune are obvious, even without TCS it was very forgiving and very fast, and trial mountain is, I find, usually quite hard on LMPs and Group C cars with its many elevation changes.

I tested it next around Le Sarthe, and it was an absolute joy, thanks very much guys, I'll be sure to try out more of your tunes.

Tuner Comments:
So we got this EvoX dropped off by a customer for tuning purposes. We figured the modified settings versus stock were the result of fettling by said customer and thought little of it, same for the clutch-type differentials. Then we noticed the car was being shown in the “customer cars” section of another tuning company's website.

The car was feeling a bit sad for itself when we got it, having lost the only thing that gives an Evo an advantage; the active yaw control rear differential, and running an unoptimized suspension setup. The car was originally set up on the customer supplied soft-compound slicks but we noticed it didn't really need them so we slapped on road-legal soft-compound semi-slicks and finished the tweaks. We were then told we could do whatever we wanted with the appearance of the vehicle, so it got a fresh coat of Ford Oxford White paint and a set of Enkei JS+M wheels sprayed with Alfa Romeo Bianco Spino to call it done.

Are the rear spring rates supposed to be 4.5 or is that supposed to be 14.5?Just seems a little strange. Thanks.
 
Won the first endurance race (60 laps @ Grand Valley) with the beautifully tuned NSX-R!

Not to mention that i won by 8 laps ahead of the 2nd AI and i did have 150BHP or so more than others... :lol:

The Civic Type R ’08, the first 4 door to wear the Type R badge since the awesome Accord Type R. Loaded with the latest technology Honda had to offer, it’s already an amazing car out of the box. So of course we had to improve it. First up was power. If we had just tuned the original engine, we’d just have the VTi-R tune again, but as a 4 door. So we turbocharged this one. 392bhp on a 1051kg chassis may sound mad for a FWD car, but this one has a few surprises up it’s intake. If it wasn’t for the wing, this would be one hell of a sleeper.

Is the aero setup on default numbers?
