After hours on the Daytona oval I finally got the 2,000,000 credits and I put in around 30 minutes last night for the first time on suzuka circuit and could only achieve a time of 1: 38. I had never used proffesional settings before so the task of conquering both the new physics and the pure power and breaking has been difficult.

I could use tips on all general areas, but I mostly need help with accelerating out of turns spacifically accelerating out of low speed S's and low speed turns.

I try to go slow on the throttle when in the bottom 3 gears, but on the Ps3 controller it is difficult and I usually either spin out or over-rev heavily which costs me valuable time either way.

If you're using the controller you have to use some TC, like 1 is fine. Use the right joystick for the throttle, easier I find to control than the trigger.

Don't use the dpad to steer, way to jerky, it takes time but use the joystick.

Learn to drag-brake, really helps your time.

Learn to take corners at speed, the car needs speed to stick to the ground. It's tempting to slow into some of the tighter corners but holding some speed helps, as long as they aren't too tight. :)

Try not to use 1st if you can.

Drive with the cockpit view, the steering is a little more forgiving I find than the other views.
