Mclaren F1 94 or Ferrari Enzo

Hi people I am thinking of getting either of these cars. Looking at the stats in the dealership the Mclaren seems to be slightly better. Does anyone know which one is the better car and what their tunning potenials are thank you :)

I had the same dilema, my mate gave me the best answer.. Both, I now have enough for the Enzo aswell, but I got the F1 first, very nice car to drive :P

Mclaren F1 for me.
 
I buy a McLaren F1.

This thing is a beast to drive.

Stock it can tackle any corner with sharp handling and it's accererlation and speed is amazing.

I tuned it up to about 700~ with only a oil change exahust and filter.

This baby is even better!

The only down side is that it is really sluggish if your launching from 0-60 MPH without any revs.
 
I have both, and i have to say the enzo. The Mclaren slides too much, and has pretty bad handling. The Enzo is better, but not by much.

Both cars are not worth 1 million credits, but if you must have one, then buy the enzo.
 
I bought both. Too be brutally honest, I wasn't terribly happy with either. They are not very well represented in the game. Someone has evidently stuck a V8 in the Enzo, and something awful in the F1, judging by their respective sounds. So I bought an F40...couldn't be happier, it is an awesome car.

Hope they include the F50 in a future update, it is my favorite car of all time.
 
Was recently in the same situation. I chose the enzo and i'm not really happy with that decision as far as my b-spec drivers are concerned. it hasnt been able to pass the pagani and some other car i cant remember. there isnt really much you can do to it as far as modifications, it seems that its already got all the parts.

you can however, buy the race filter, manifolds and exhaust. you can also add to it a rear wing as well. but no turbo or supercharger or engine upgrades. personally, i dont think it needs anymore. its already somewhere around 600hp from the dealer.
 
I think the F1 is faster than the Enzo, but I would always choose an Enzo over the McLaren because I'm a Ferrari lover :) Not really an argument :D

The F1 weight is the decisive factor imo. Makes it faster and gives it better handling, but no Ferrari logo :) I got both myself though.
 
Well, I have to agree with the majority here. I would choose the F1 over the McLaren anyday.

And it is precisely because it does a little sliding (I haven´t got it yet ingame, but I vividly remember Tiff driving it hehe). I really love cars that are "alive" in the way that you have to fight them a little and can get a little poweroversteer on fast corner exits.

Modern "almost-race-cars" like the enzo do not really allow this kind of driving. In hairpins maybe, but not in faster corners.

All in all, knowing the history of the F1 pretty well, I think there is just more love in this car. I would allways choose the dream of one single person, executed to near perfection, over the efforts of a company, generally speaking.
 
Thanks for all your input guys :) but does anyone know whats the max bhp you get out of each car? someone said the Enzo cant be tuned much? is that true? what about the Mclaren?
 
I was going to buy the Mclaren, but I got it for the lv 17 car gift ticket :sly:
So I bought the Enzo.
And personally, the Mclaren handles much, much better than the Enzo.
And I also did a test to see if a fully tuned Mclaren can go faster than the Fully tuned Veyron... And guess what, their top speed are almost the same! The Mclaren is actually 2 Kmh faster :sly:

Mclaren is better, i have both. but i think you need to adjust the rear down force to match your driving skills, but defiantly the Mclaren

What's the fully tuned Mclaren putting out?
 
I will make sure and reply after work, but am sure it's more than 700, just bought it 2 days ago and put everything on.

That car is an engineering masterpiece, there is no way around it. The Veyron needed every bit of its 1001 hp to finally catch up to the McLaren.

And it handles like its in mud compared to the F1. The F1 was truly way ahead of its time.
