Well considering it's a show the majority of anime fans have seen, and it's been a fan favorite for over a decade...
 
Son, I am disappoint. It's very good man. Way better than FLCL IMO.
 
So many shows better than FLCL. Bleach, One Piece, Excel Saga, Rurouni Kenshin, Rurouni Kenshin: Trust & Betrayal, Gurren Lagann, Eden of the East, Honey and Clover, Gosick, and I could go on much, much longer.

I disagree, because I'm insane.

Anyway, I don't know if this has been brought up anywhere in this thread: The Neo Tokyo anthology. Fantastic animation all around there, and great for 1987. Especially the Running Man story. Watch it by any means necessary. You will thank yourself.

Wasn't entirely serious. I just really really really really really really really really really really like FLCL. I wouldn't say apples to oranges and then say that FLCL is better than something drastically different like that if I was serious.

EDIT: Also, I wouldn't say that FLCL was entire random events. I never got how people said that. I didn't have a hard time following it at all. Not plotless at all I'd say actually. Maybe it's just that stuff happens quickly? Idk...

Sitting here, without the laptop, and anime to catch-up. I want to watch the latest episode of Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan: Demon Capital (Nurarihyon no Mago: Sennen Makyou) already!!!!:mad:

I've been waiting all week to see it.:(

(Note, VIZ Media simulcasts it within hours after the Japanese airing.)

That's only for the illegal streams. That's the only bad quality I see. I watch most of my anime mainly from legal streams (I'm fortunate to have so much legally streaming here. Unfortunately, everywhere else gets hardly anything, but that's how licensing goes unfortunately.:(), and the quality is pretty good.

Fanservice sells. The industry started having problems years ago, so that's why the quality of anime has gone down, and we have tons of moe and fanservice, just what the hardcore otakus want.

When we'll have "Quality>Quantity" again, I'll never know.
 
The quantity > quality policy nearly killed the gaming industry back in the day... hopefully anime won't have to face that :(

And this guy doesn't. In fact, I'm nominating this comment for post of the year. Specially the part in bold, got damn. That gave me a good 5 minute laugh.
