My choice-

3 hours of Spa with any of the cars mentioned.
 
Nurburgring24h, dont care how long the race is, and I would say LMPs, but its not in your list, maybe you could add it? If not then JGTC.

Maybe take the cars from recent 24 hours of Dubai? SLS, Italias, GTRs, Lamborghini (can't remember which one). Could put a list together for the Class!

My track vote goes to Spa. I'd have to test the SLS and V12 Vantage, I love the Merc but that little Aston is amazing!

Ok mate, I was a little concerned about NB24hr to be honest as some of the cars may not be able to do a fast lap on one set of tyres. That means you would have to drive in tyre saving mode the whole race :(
