Oh 🤬 I'm racing this weekend so I can't do the Turkish GP.
These are the weekends I CANNOT race just to give you a heads up if you hold them on that weekend.
April 14
April 28
May 12
June 2
And maybe June 9th? I'm not sure about that weekend.

It's every Sunday but well, don't worry - it's not like you have to be there every Sunday. :)

Unless you loose your seat in your car :sly: ... just kidding. But seriously if you don't show up then team manager might have a weird idea of letting you go. :dopey:

I've already received my warning

Yeah, I know - I mixed you guys around but intentionally awarded points to everyone. Fixed now, tho. :)

Mclaren Press conference!

Today, Martin Whitmarsh declared a new driver for Mclaren international. He is American driver Kol Bailey. He was just promoted from test driver to the number 2 driver of the Mclaren F1 team.

Kol was quoted on saying "It's been a dream of mine to race in formula 1 since I was a small boy and now its finally happening. Especially for a great team like Mclaren. They are true legends in the F1 world and they have a great program along with a great staff and a great car. Our goal is to finish in the top 10 this season".

Haha. I've learned to do interviews from Furinkazen and the TOCA thread. You guys should do press conferences more often?

Good god, I shouldn't have updated this when I was still dizzy from a few nights before. Sorry, fixed.

Right, about 9.5 hours until the race - please notify me in advance if you can't make it (right, what am I thinking). I'll be there, too. Maybe even race, if you're kind enough to play with an old, grumpy & slow person. :P

I think 2:30 for EST (Eastern standard time) correct? 1:13 pm currently

The race is at 12:30 Pacific Daylight time; we 'sprang forward' 1-2 weeks ago.

If back East you have 'sprung forward', the race would be at 3:30 Eastern (3 hours difference between Montreal and Vancouver). :)

I'll post a reminder 15 minutes prior to the race, just before opening the lobby - I guess that's easiest. :)

The race is going to start in 105 minutes from now!

Meh, thumb hurts too much - good timing, slit it open an hour ago. Spun near the last corner without pressure because I can't hold my wheel properly - probably best I retired, no reason to endanger the others. :)

Good luck to the remaining drivers. Baumi in front of PAWEL and Jack atm. :)

Thanks to everyone who got out the way, when being lapped.

I had a clean race, and got lucky with Baumi spinning, he lost about 10 seconds to me, and the way he was going at the end, who knows, the result may have been different.
I also have to practice my starts, because i'm driving like Mark Webber at the moment. Got passed by 3 cars before the first corner.
