Hey Nic, if you can, find a Sony outlet store. I've been into three in the last week and they all had DFGT's for 69.99. If the 199 is too steep on the G27, 70 bucks is not too much more than a controller.

Great to see all of the clean racing going on across the divisions! D3 was clean and competitive too. Big congrats to QwietStorm03 for putting in an impressive performance! 👍

Yea that was quite good stuff. I pulled a Sebastian vettel :lol: . Won when I started first and did terrible in traffic. Thank god I did not take people with me in spa.

I bought a DFGT about 3 weeks ago...it was 50%off at future shop online (still cost 97$ after tax).The DFGT retail price here is 170$ and 250$ for the G27 on amazon.:crazy:
I haven't used it much because of the current furniture (really bad driving position).

If you go to the lineup post, just click on any of the results links that you see. Each results post will have a link to the SNAIL Results Google Doc. Once you've opened it, you should see the season standing for each division for the month of September (they're the tabs to the right of all the graphs).
 
Good racing tonight guys! Was my favorite weekend as far as the 3 track/car combos together goes which made it hard to vote. @Joey good to see another GT Academy guy in the group! Had fun racing you tonight. You need to get Nick to join in!

I think I'm gonna see if I can get some more aliens to join. The D51 lounge is feeling a little thin lol.
 
Didn't have any issues practicing with joby and company in the D1 lounge just now....one of those weird GT5 things I guess :/

D51...do they do secret X2013 testing there I wonder :sly:

Thanks for hoping in to D1. I was thinking it was going to be a lonely night:) but Iroquois and Gamble joined in. Was fun. Thanks guys:) Shame I found out I was running 449hp in the Aston. Doh!
 
Exciting racing tonight in Div5, more closer than I expected. There was some lag issues with full lounge, overall good racing :cheers: 👍

Therefore it has been dropped from next week's line-up. Since JoeyFast22 wins Prize A, he gets to decide which car and track will replace it.

I'm up in NoVa, or "Not Virginia" as most of the state calls it. :sly:

Herndon is near Dulles Airport, outside the Beltway, thank goodness. :scared:

My 'junior' racer is getting some wheel time by driving/stopping, turning, staying in his lane, and so on. We're working on Madrid Circuit and London. 13 years old... He'll be out of a sim and my racing rig soon. He'll either outgrow it, or get old enough, and my money is on the former happening first. =};-{D

Part time racing Sunday nights is fine, just let us know when you can race 👍 Welcome to S.N.A.I.L.

Please read the following:

We run a clean league by enforcing the S.N.A.I.L. OLR and we expect all of our drivers to know and follow The Good Racecraft Guide.
Please become versed in both.

Follow These Steps:
1. I add you to the drivers list as a New S.N.A.I.L. (Done)
2. You run the Time Trial.
3. You Private Message my GTPlanet account with your time from the time trial (no Sunday racing until this is completed).
4. I assign you to the appropriate Division, to give you the best racing possible.
5. A PSN friend request will be sent from the appropriate SNAIL_Division1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 account. That is where you race on Sunday night.
6. You drive fast and clean on Sunday :)

The first post has all the rules and regulations for S.N.A.I.L. It is the first place you need to check if you have a question. If it's not answered there, feel free to post your question on the thread.

The second post has the current race lineup for Sunday and is updated weekly.

If you have a preference for car/wheel colour and racing number, post your choices in this thread.
To avoid duplication, the currently claimed combinations can be found here.

During the week we run a number of different events, we encourage all S.N.A.I.L.s to join as many as possible.
