It's not the easiest when you have lense flares from the headlights crossing over parts that need smoothing out. It'll be good practise at fixing smoke jaggies though.
Shall do my best
New to anything to do with photoshop apart from Minecraft texture packs and COD 4 textures 
So I'll enjoy this. Might take the lens flare off
