Sorry I couldnt host the past two weeks have been busy with trying to see family as much as possible if I get into the army. I just got home and would love to just be in the room with d4 but I'm just too bald (lol... tire joke.. I'm so stupid when I'm tired) to hook my ps3 back up! Hope to see all of d4 very soon!!!

Was an interesting night for OwensRacing. First two races I threw away podiums by hitting the chicane wrong. Quite frustrating as every other lap was clean and decently fast. Second combo had a dose of bad luck both races. Third combo, my favorite went well. Hoped to capture the win on the final race however a bobble on the final lap allowed Qwiet to close in and use the draft to sneak the win. .028. Uggggh. I have had better performances but you take the good with the bad. ;)

Hoping the S2000 combo gets axed. Lotus moved to a different track and Camaro stays around. I'm sure the Camaro will go. Tokyo stay and lotus be gone completely. LOL

Anyway looking forward to what shakes out with the votes and new picks.
 
That was awesome! I was really nervous on the first race haha, to bad i crashed in the chicane, and my last race in fuji was a complete disaster. Had a great time with you guys tonight, can't wait for next Sunday. :)

I am playing quite a different tune than OwensRacing on the combos.

I am hoping for the Camaro to go (sorry, Tex), and *maybe* a new track for the S2000. I would wishfully consider a new car there, but in the past the other cars at Tokyo R246/Reverse have had crazy HP and I had very little fun in such tight quarters, IIRC.

I guess I like Combo 1, but don't love it. I guess I just like Madrid and the Lotus enough to nudge it up my list. YMMV.

Sorry to hear about all the connection issues last night. If you were able to connect and race last night, but believe that another driver exhibited poor racecraft or is guilty of an OLR Rules violation, please file a complaint by 10pm Eastern / 7pm Pacific tonight. Please follow the complaint process precisely or it might not be addressed! If you're undecided on whether or not you should file a complaint, please read this. Also keep in mind that a race complaint isn't supposed to be an argument. Here are some good tips on how to make sure things stay civil and respectful. 👍

Track 3: Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps (9 Laps)



Next race is Tuesday July 23nd, 9pm sharp in D2.

This will be so much better than Monaco. Lots of space to pass and we have run off areas. Seeing as most SNAILS have some experience now with the F10, and the fact it was at Monaco...this will be much easier and much more fun.

Possibly the "Can't miss SNAIL event of the summer".

UPDATE:
Spots for regulars will be held until 8:55. If we have a full room and a regular wants in prior to 8:55, please message someone in the room and we will ask the last non-regular to make space.

After 8:55 pm the room stays as it is. Q starts at 9pm.

The round that received the most elimination votes was:
ROUND 3 - Chevrolet Camaro LM Race Car @Fuji Speedway GT
Therefore the entire combo has been dropped from next week's line-up. Since JoeyFast22 wins Prize A, he gets to choose an entirely new car and track combo to replace it.

The round that received the second most votes was:
ROUND 2 - Honda S2000 LM Race Car @Tokyo R246 / Reverse
This means either the car or the track will be replaced for next week's line-up. Since canuckleheadII gets Prize B, he gets to decide which part of the combo is replaced and what replaces it. IMPORTANT NOTE: canuckleheadII has already won Prize B this season. Therefore, he cannot select Prize B again until next season. This means that everyone who raced in D5 last night gets to suggest either one (1) new car OR one (1) new track. After each of the suggestions have been submitted (by posting it on the thread), canuckleheadII will be allowed to select which suggestion he would like to use his Prize B on. Any driver who posts multiple suggestions will have all of his suggestions VOIDED. Please don't let that happen to you! Please only make one suggestion!

Price C goes to GTP_XR_RACER_11 so he gets any gift car ticket listed here (by posting his selection here on the thread).

I am suggesting a Track change to bring the S2000 LM Race Car to Suzuka.

My other 'wondered about' options were too urban. Been dere, dun runned dat.

Time for some wide open spaces, some grass, and in honor of summertime, some "vast tracts of (BEACH) land."
