ok thats weird, been off the game for 4 months, started playing last Sunday again, Everycar in my USD now has 0 miles, and it looks like they lowered the prices too.
maybe it's a glitch? and no i'm not talking about the online garage.
Pictures or it didn't happen, there's no need to be rude. The thread HOODFIELD and I linked has said repeatedly that only two cars can be seen with 0 miles in the UCD. None of the ones you posted are those cars.

If that is really the case then I would suggest you buy up all of them and never get in them...Many of those cars may never show in the OCD meaning you may have a very rare set of cars indeed!...0 miles on many of these cars is unattainable except perhaps in your fortunate instance...That means you've struck a traders gold mine!...👍
Edit: If you don't have enough cash start buying from the bottom of the list first and head out for a seasonal or two.
So that's why your Ninja/Pseudo-Mod skills were lacking 💡
And to the guy with the Zero miles cars can you send me a car from your UCD so I can confirm this?
