Car in list but not selectable

I have a Bugatti Veyron 16.2 2013 in my car list but it doesn't show up in my garage.
I cannot select or drive it. My (2) other Bugattis work just fine.
What's going on?

If it's showing up in your collection but not your garage, it means you had one at one point and got rid of it.

This could be the reason. The collection is merely a book of which cars have been acquired, but don't reflect your current garage.

Thanks Mike. That makes sense. When the new GT7 update came out that allowed you to sell vehicles I may have sold the Veyron
thinking I could just get another one anytime. Unfortunately, you have to get an "invitation" to purchase this specific model.
