Well, they did the Lamborghini seasonal, now they did the Ferrari seasonal. How long til they complete the trio and do a Pagani seasonal? Anyways, seems like a fun seasonal. Don't know what car I will use though, probably will try the 599 or SP1.

I just did the first track in a Ferrari 599 '06 (571pp, 750bhp) if you change the oil you'll get more bhp for just 250 credits. ;)

I won the race so it's doable and you'll get 845,495 credits (200% loginbonus) with that car. It's basically a seasonal event with you racing against the Enzo's, but everybody knows that, right?

Edit:
Toscana is also won in 10:10.113, I got 854,530 credits.

I like the tracks and I like Ferrari but I just bought that 330 P4 :(

Same here, and when I finished the first race I was back at 20 million and now I finally bought the F2007.

That damned 512BB is the biggest troll I've ever come across.
Every single time I try to pass him he takes the most efficient line in his slow, obsolete and gorgeous junker so I go flying off.
Then when I try overtake him on the outside he will sit where I'd want to go to maintain speed =/ the best method so far seems to be late brake and pass him /before/ the corners

Perhaps you want that 20 million car too much, just relax!

I don't quite understand how this has been posted since 10:22, yet none of the Seasonal Events have been updated to the GT site in any region I've checked thus far. :odd:

Getting the car doesn't bother me :P I just like getting these done very quickly.

My wisdom tooth is coming through and with the way my gums are it's immensely more painful than normal, so my patience is shorter than usual haha, I'll come back to it in a bit but that 512 is like a caravan at this point.

Plus I was in 2nd, going for first when I understeered into the leader and it took me out, forcing me to restart, that's when I started having trouble with the 512 all of a sudden because I lost my rhythm, ah well :)

The seasonal has been up for me in the actual game for a bit, I guess they update the game before their sites

Overall a very generous seasonal from PD. No rabbits (lol Enzo), high credit rewards, very doable and manageable at the base 580 PP, the combination of which makes it very ripe grounds for low PP farming. It gives a 20M car as a prize to boot!

It's always up at 0500 in my part of the world, Norway. And that was 40 min ago:)

The new seasonal was up for awhile before this was even posted. OCD is updated with rally cars aswell.

Sucks for me. I have to wait for the sites to update for the news post. It's usually up at 11PM EST on the UK site.

After two weeks of headscratching and hard work... this is what the "creative" team at PD gives us...another "original" seasonal... Kaz must be proud :)👍

:grumpy:

-Sarcasm off-

Well, at least the game keeps getting some support every week, and that isn't that bad... will try it tomorrow... ;) Any car suggestions to catch this week's rabbit cars???

One of the easiest seasonals yet. At 580pp its very easy to win each race by 20+s and the n ring gp circuit race is now the best way to get money. Managed to win comfortably in a 495pp F40, by simply cutting the last shicane neting me a profit of almost 2,2m with the 200% multiplyer and its probably do able with even less pp.

Last night (Belgrade, Serbia, CET) I was playing my GT5 but by that time there was no this seasonal event. Any way, later when I come back home from work I'll give it a try. Any recommendations which Ferrari to use?

Finally another seasonal to use my Enzo for a ride. Good chance to add another 330 P4 to my garages.

that sounds rewarding, gona try that with my Scuderia. Love to drive it.

I took a stock SP1 '08 with no aids and no abs, slapped the sports soft tyres on, changed the power to hit 540pp and went on my way.

The first four races were a walk in the park and each paid between 1.1 to 1.4 million. Decided to go down to 500pp for the Toscana track and still won, at around the 2 million credit mark. Toscana can therefore be done under 500pp. Probably about 480 with tuned suspension, gears and a car that takes advantage of the PP better, and especially if you were to have ABS and SRF on.

Very nice payouts for quick easy races, and a fantastic prize car 👍

Will upload videos of any car, track and PP if requested.

I was so hoping that Le Sarthe would be in this one!
Brings back a few pre-spec2 memories!!!

Just tried this for fun at 458pp with the 599. Won by 4.2 seconds so it can be lowered still. Payout for 458pp was 2.77 million.

Nice one! I redid it with my f40 at 470pp and only won by 2s giving 2.55m so looks like ill be giving 599 a go later.

the best course for the lowest pp is trial mountain circuit because you can cut a whole bunch of corners there to save time =D

The 599 seems the best bet.

Tuned up to ~720hp it has just 567pp, I won Cape Ring by 6 seconds, and the performance difference adjustment was 224,000 so altogether with the sign-in bonus I won Cr.914,515.

I did cape ring in a very lightly tuned California and managed second. Tried it with a F40 that had a little bit more power and can only manage to get 4th. I was 12 seconds slower in the F40 for the race. Neither car has any weight reduction or engine work. Just the bolt on's.

With the California at 540pp I was able to catch the enzo's. Kept getting 2nd by a mere 2-3 seconds, lap times were in the 1:40:xxx area. Somehow I managed to tune out most of the understeer when accelerating thru turns(pretty much used sttoty's 111R tune).

The F40 is a bit different and sitting at 555pp. Gonna have to fiddle with the suspension. My best lap thru 3 races is a 1:43:xxx and losing to the one enzo in the lineup by about 18-19 seconds every race. The enzo in the lineup now is slower then the enzo's in the lineup when I used the California.

I've searched thru F40 tunes and haven't been able to find one since the 2.09 update(I'm sure it's probably due to not looking thoroughly). Anyone using the F40 mind sharing the tune you're currently using? I'm using a DS3 with all aids except abs 1 turned off.

Both cars started this race as 0/0/0 cars. I'm guessing break in will alter things a bit.

Sorry for the super long post.

hey guys,

That was easy for me on all the 5 track...the car is Ferrari 458 italia '09 531bhp 580pp, i quite happy now.
