Welcome to the Suzuka Circuit, Japan. On tap for you today is the FIA GT3 Championship, headlined by some very quick drivers in the world's most exotic sports cars. It's Grand Touring racing at its roots. Here's a look at the entry list:

If you're lucky, you may be able to catch one of these stellar drivers as they make their way to pit lane where the cars are already wishing us a harty good morning as they roar to life.

The first ever meeting of the FIA GT3 Championship has proven to be an international affair as we have drivers from Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and a fair amount of American content in the field.

DRIVERS BULLITEN:

The fastest two (2) lap times you achieve will set your grid postions for races one (1) and two (2). Please identify the race (1 or 2) each time is allocated to or I will just assume that the first time is for the first race, the second time is for the second race.

Please complete your lap times in GT Mode -- Real Circuits -- Suzuka -- Practice

Take as many laps as you need. Try to fit them within two (2) one (1) hour sessions. I.e. Race for an hour, STOP, record your top two (2) lap times, go get a drink, chill... then start session two (2). Again, take as many laps as you need, however you can take as few laps as you need as well. Try to compete in both sessions, but that is not necessary. If you run for 10-15 minutes and stop, the session won't stop untill one (1) hour has past from the time you started. Try to keep that in mind. If there are any scheduling conflicts notify MPR immediately. (Throughout the next week try to find a block of time where you could fit in two hours of Gran Turismo, otherwise just run what you can and give me your top two (2) lap times.)

Keep two (2) wheels on the track at all times. FIA rumble strips are a part of the track. The last sweeper before the front straight has a rather large paved run-off. THAT IS OFF COURSE! DO NOT GO ANY FURTHER THAN THE RUMBLE STRIP OR YOUR TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED ILLEGAL! If there are cones on the circuit, do not knock them over, please report any off-course excursions and any cones you knock over. If your fast lap has one of the above involved, disregard that lap, it is illegal. NOTE: Touching the wall in any mannor, makes the lap illegal. Be fast, be careful.

NO proof (be it replay or photo) is necessary, however if you have a digital camera and would like to photograph your qualifying times as proof, go ahead.

At the conclusion of your qualifying tell me how many laps you ran, in both sessions, and giving me the following information is imparative!

Note: Session one (1) and session two (2) times don't have to be from session one (1) or session two (2) specifically, just provide your two (2) top times.

I am already accepting qualifying times. Get out on the circuit and lay down some rubber while there is still limited traffic. QUALIFYING TIMES ARE DUE FRIDAY, JUNE 16 2006, AT 7:59.00PM CDT. This is in order to get a fast turn around on session results.

lol no, he was looking to join my JGTC series for quite a long time and I was always stalling to enter him because I knew he was previously banned in the past and it would take place a second time. This is far from the type of drivers I'm looking to include in my series.

At the time of that little conversation, y'all realised that was ace/wasace, whatever you want to call him, right?

GT3 Drivers: Start working on qualifying, I'll keep you notified on what is happening with Fili and if there is going to be some sort of shake-up.

Hey everyone, just to let you all know, the time here is 10:10am and im about to start my first 1hr Quallifying session, so i'll post the splits to my first Qually time in a little over an hour from now 👍:)
 
I'm stupid. He was a known banned member, and I joined his team. Again, I'm stupid.

I'll be running by myself under "InReverse Racing"
 
Hey dudes, my hour is up so here are the splits for the fastest lap I managed

T1 - 50.288
T2 - 1'31.905

I forgot to count but I think I did around 10 to 12 laps in the hour.

With all do respect to everyone, how the heck were you fooled by that?! Oh well, I'm glad that's all behind us and we can focus on what is important, the racing!!! Get those engines started!

Hey dudes, just letting you all know im about to start my second 1hr quallifying session, i'll post my best splits in a little over an hour from now :)
 
Hey dudes, here are my best splits from my second Quallifying session

T1 - 50.352
T2 - 1'31.922

I like quallifying like this, having only 1hr to get a good lap is great, puts a lil presure on you and has a more "real life" feel to it which is just great 👍:)
 
I have both of my lap times I just need to put them on paper.
I will send them later.
