I want to drive the boats, so mandatory pitstop or normal tirewear I'm a go, the more ideas we think up then we can keep dtc fresh
 
I like the idea of trying it out on a different night. Mayby Thursday night. 2000pp straight up. Pick your 4 cars and lets try it.....
 
I'm up for any and all of those ideas.

Also, unrelated note, I tried out the "Quick Match" feature today. It was terrible. Every race was absurdly dirty. SRF on, boost on high, just a mess.
 
I ran two races against guys who weren't within five seconds of what I could do but I couldn't get rid of them because of the boost. A terrible experience that I will never revisit.
 
Boost is evil. It changes all your brake points and just keeps you closer to the dirty morons you are trying to get away from.

I may be able to do some testing with you guys tonight. Won't know til later though.

Seriously, in EVERY SINGLE race, I had at least one guy door-slam me as I was passing him on a straightaway. I actually won most of the races because idiots kept taking each other out, but I pretty much had to treat each race like I was back in Rookie class on iRacing.
 
So this 'quick match' doesn't make you race people on your friends list (if they're currently online), but randoms instead?

Tire wear very fast, mandatory pit stop, 20 min races.

How about we make the first track GP/F so we can gauge the difference from Tuesdays race.
 
Good question. We can discuss in the room. I'm driving the M5 now a ill bit to test. Maybe keep tire wear on fast. Very fast roasts the SS tires in 4 laps.

Please make a selection for the qualifying/first race track. The only restrictions are no rally courses and nothing excessively long like the Nordschleife, Route X, Sierra, etc.
 
You can pick weather/time lapse....we may complain about it on the night, but we have raced in it a few times before.
 
So @kendawg do you feel like you missed out on racing? Watching your team beat up on a high school team had to make you feel a little ashamed and dirty.

SS tires...tire wear normal
SM tires...fast
SH tires...very fast

What about comfort soft tires like the next event?

Fast like usual. No tire roasting boats at that low pp.

All the 4WD cars at that PP level are tire roasting boats but I don't think tire wear on comforts has ever been an issue.
