Certainly better than Detroit's. We got a long way to go to become that team from the 90s and early 00's again.

And use speedtest.net for testing. This will allow you to hit american servers. Is your ps3 wired? If not, judging by the speeds you have you will want to be to get rid of as much latency as possible.

But I need lap times.... so that I can calculate the Race Laps and Qually Minutes .... so that @GamingPete can put the banners together.

To anyone who post lap times, please state the Division of the drivers too. I try to use a "mid-field" lap time to do the calcs. At this point I make a wild a$$ guess of 2:05 for the mid-field, but I havn't tried it out myself yet.
 
So 5 laps of racing at ~10min45sec and qualifying should be 8 minutes so you can get 3 chances at a hot lap?

Looks like it. @DesertPenguin09 is correct with Race Laps. The Qually minutes are right on the transition. At 8 minutes qually it looks like approx 1 minute buffer, which means at 7 minutes you are right on the line after three laps. So, if the mid range is 2:08-2:10 then it will be 8 minutes.

I would like to see a few more lap times though.
 
Practice with D5 guys running mid 2:10's to low 2:11's. I expect the aliens to be in low 2:07's.
 
I think what he needs more of , is people giving their actual lap times and division number ,, not a bunch of ranges and "ballpark" lap times
