I know I'm gonna get a lot of flak for this but why? Are there things you can do in a thread but not in a private conversation? Honestly just curious, dont hate me

Just a guess, but the past few months I think it's been difficult to get everyone added to the conversations in a timely matter. If the division manager doesn't have a premium membership, they can only add 10(?) participants to a private conversation. This will allow the division manager to create the conversation more efficiently. There may be other reasons, but my guess is this is one of them.

That would be the primary reason. You are correct in your thinking there are other reasons as well but, that was chief among them when we considered doing divisional communications this way.

At least one host needs to click this link and read the post. Specifically this part:

What the host should do:

1. Between 9 and 9:15 pm Eastern time the host should open a club only room from the club page for the night's racing. This room should be set to the first track from the time it is opened. The host should not allow hot lapping or practice before the start of the race night.
 
D6's normal scorekeeper disappeared. Gonna need to give me permission to edit the doc as I'm the backup scorekeeper
