Ha ha now you funny too!!!Yeah, everybody awesome, now you awesome too. (Must be read in a George Thorogood voice)
...thinking that you bought yourself some free pass from any critiquing of your life's choices because "it's not relevant to the thread".
...yeah, if only you had actually read through the conversation instead of honing in on one sentence and missing it's point entirely. In reading the posts from the last 3 weeks, there is one situation in particular I found upsetting.
This line sums up what I feel is a problem in this thread that turns up from time to time...not only that some people feel entitled to critique the personal choices of others, but that they feel this is an appropriate place to do so.
In my opinion this thread should not involve "critiquing the life choices of others" for any reason. If you have a problem with someone else's life choices, please keep it to yourself...most of us simply don't want to hear it.
IMHO this thread should maintain an atmosphere that is welcoming to all persons that share a common goal - clean racing. Period.
I beg to differ, I had read all of the previous posts. That one sentence summed up the problem quite well, actually....yeah, if only you had actually read through the conversation instead of honing in on one sentence and missing it's point entirely.

Nope, because if you have you would've noticed that what I said had nothing to do with "allowing others to critique" and everything to do with "not allowing selective criticism"I beg to differ, I had read all of the previous posts. That one sentence summed up the problem quite well, actually.
Then that's not the public folder that's the D6 folder, Although yes you do need access to the D6 folder put it into the public folder to meet the deadline some one will move it for you!View attachment 450399
I do not currently have access to the public D6 replay upload folder, if someone could please send me the access to it that would be great. My gmail is "gavinedde@gmail.com".
There is no public folder on the side, this is what the drive just looks like right now and I can't place the zipped folder anywhere:Then that's not the public folder that's the D6 folder, Although yes you do need access to the D6 folder put it into the public folder to meet the deadline some one will move it for you!

I was playing that with my son a year ago...flying with a mouse is strange...but it was fun. Never got the hang of how people were able to get those 1-hit-kills all the time - I always had to shred half the plane to take it out...lolWar Thunder would be the game. Lots a fun too, just lots and lots of grinding to get about the first two tiers, which is really where I like to fly anyway. I've been playing a lot of arcade mode, but I may look into making some custom battles to mirror real life engagements.
Also, you might wanna revisit the flight stick thing if you still have it. Someone might have came along and made a new batch of drivers. Given the state of sims these days, someone probably did something about it.
In arcade, the one hit kills are generally coming from fighters that have 20mm or bigger rounds, planes like the p400 or the mustang. But, while I do enjoy arcade, the real fun is in realistic or simulation battles, or setting up custom battles.I was playing that with my son a year ago...flying with a mouse is strange...but it was fun. I had checked into drivers for my stick a while back. I couldn't find drivers for the old joystick ports/cards, and my one USB stick is one of the ones that will not work on Win7. If it was one hardware revision newer, it would have been fine.![]()
No and I put up over 100 laps in practice. You think I would have hit it at least once. Then again my powers of observation could be off. Only now I see I can listen to a duck quack by clicking on your signatureHas anybody else ever hit the "invisible speed bump" on HSR on the short straight between turns1 and 2?

Can you actually feel it, because I've never noticed it or do you only see it in the replays?Has anybody else ever hit the "invisible speed bump" on HSR on the short straight between turns1 and 2?
