I had the same experience! I think the mid div lap time is a bit higher than that, although it probably won't affect the number of laps.it took me about 20 laps to finally get a 2:03 at the new prize a combo....hold on to your hats ! its a FAST one - problem is now where to put all the vegetable juice !![]()
(Only those that smack the wall on Seaside every ~eighth lap will understand this.)Dragon Trail Seaside II
Ah dude i didnt realize it was the reverse version.Oh Fuuuuuuuudge. I thought when I got my own car that I wouldn’t have to take the BUS anymore! However, maybe the bus drives better in reverse?

If you can pick either a Gr.4 or a Gr.3, then I have to ask - whats thr catch.SNAIL CHALLENGE
Keep in mind that you enter the race in the car that you plan to race Gr.4. This car must be used for both Gr.4 races! Gr.3 is the car of your choice but once you enter That is your car!
The lobby will be open at 8:30 EST if you are not in the room by 9:00 EST then you automatically are out of this challenge. Qualifying will begin at 9:10 for 10 minutes.
With only 12 people showing interest I plan on one room and have not prepped another host so the list of people on the first page of the snail fia Challenge thread will be the guaranteed spots.
So sign up is basically closed and it will be first come first serve after.
The lobby name will be SNAIL CHALLENGE #
I will post it on the forum once the room is open.
Party chat is allowed and recommended as this is also a fun night of racing.
For my stream the link is in my signature below and I will be rolling the dice on the stream. I can also show my puny excel sheet I have prepared.
I am looking forward to tonight’s action!!!

Looking at that post reminded me of how things were back in the day. We had to pick a color for the car and wheels to make it easier to identify us in a video replay if a R.I. was reported. I realize I've been away for a few years and things change over time, games get better at making it easier to see what happened and all that. Seeing the banners showing the same liveries on two or more cars would have been an issue back then.Banners:

The biggest problem here is sometimes we find out the car the day of and there just simply no time to create one in time for practice night. The banners are created from practice night races.Looking at that post reminded me of how things were back in the day. Let me just say this is not a dig at JamCarOne. I look forward and enjoy seeing the new banners each week.
* Should a stock livery be in a banner?
One is bad enough, but to have 2 cars with the stock livery in the banner?!? I'm sorry, but that just seems wrong, especially considering this is the first GT title to give us a Livery Editor. We should embrace this feature, in my opinion.
* Should we have a custom livery?
I know that not everyone has time or creativity to create a livery. Even a snailracing decal on the car would be a good start. After all, we are trying to promote the race series. We have races who have changed their lobby greetings & Win message to show we are the elite group of snails and proud of it. Knowing that and then seeing banners with the stock liveries - just seems wrong.
I'm not saying we should force everyone to create a custom livery for every car. The stock liveries are fine but they are just that, the default issue - The generic brand wrapping of that car. Surely we can do better than that. Creating something takes a lot of time which we don't all have. There is always the option to download a livery.
I'm just venting, I guess. Sorry. Carry on....
I had already reached the same conclusion you just stated, prior to making my post. Yes, I agree with you, @JamCar0ne is doing a great job. There is no question about that. The biggest problem here is sometimes we find out the car the day of and there just simply no time to create one in time for practice night. The banners are created from practice night races.
So I think @JamCar0ne is doing a phenomenal job with the banners. Even when there is little time to get them up.
