Even though it’s been a few years since I’ve raced in SNAIL, it’s awesome to see all the familiar Names and voices of the people that are still around! And there’s still a lot of you still here! I love the dedication, Commitment and shows how strong after so many years this league and community really is. It’s a honour.

With penalties off the game automatically gives you a penalty and requires you to serve it right away. It's basically forcing you to coast until the penalty is gone, penalty may scale with how much you jumped by.

So the game slows your car down immediately? If so, that is exactly why we don't use it. Causes more chaos at the start. If the game allows you to serve the penalty after you have cleared the start, that's even worse as huge advantages can be gained.

If you jump, your car moves, then slows down, then rolls forward while it serves the penalty.

It's like an engine stall, and we did try it tonight with endurance, it was pretty fun imo.

It's obvious when it happens and fairly easy to avoid the driver.

@TRL_Importlife was his alternate account. I spoke to him pretty recently, looking for his wisdom on non-racing related subjects.
Hes doing well, but too busy to be racing on PC or Console for now.

There's other ancient Legendary snails too. Too many for me to list here. I miss GTP @Falango

He used to host my division when I 1st joined. Not in D1 at that time, but a cool & fast dude; also a great room host.

I wasn't trying to rock the boat, just offering a suggestion.
Personally, while it may cause a little more chaos at the start than standard starts, I think it adds more value with the added difficulty level to starts.
 
Anyone else notice that you get SR down if you get bumped from behind these days (in Sport races)? I've seen a lot of phantom SR down icons since the last few updates. Losing SR from someone else bumping you seems to be the worst tho. I read on the reddit that some people were disqualified for bump drafting in long races too.
