Let the Car Show and Practicing continue!

This is what I'll be sporting this Sunday. It's the British GP this weekend at Silverstone, home of the first FIA Formula One Championship race in 1950. My location is 'British'. But the fun fact is from northwest of Silverstone in Liverpool. On July 6 1957 16 year old John Lennon was playing a church gig with his band The Quarrymen where he was introduced to 15 year old Paul McCartney, and the rest is rock legend.

The June 2025 season is in the books and we saw 23 drivers line up on the grid at some point last month. Congrats to @ErickGaToRR, @Nicktune & @bublyman for their 1-2-3 finishes in D1 and to @arethosetacos, @racingchamp30 & @radliffracing for their 1-2-3 finishes in D2.

While I'm at it, I'll also submit my Car-Show pic but I'll spare you all from History class again this week.

I have a dinner at the brother-in-law's place Sunday so it might be difficult for me lineup. My status is questionable.

Question about track limits at Eiger Norwand, is the strip of surface that appears to be concrete considered track? Looks like they would be rumble strips if they were painted red and white, but since they are not painted..

Might need a picture of exactly where you're referring to.

So, here's some pics of why I wasn't around much this past week and why I'm on the fence for racing tonight. Brought my uncle in from out of state on Saturday last to help. Also got a bit of help from Father inlaw and son inlaw on Sunday.

After digging through this,

We built this stair rail,

The heat was troublesome deal with. Got it finished on Monday and started on these items,

Was in my native element building the above quad outlet circuit, after get those shelf brackets hung.
Then we focused on design and build of this battery charging cradle.

along with that shelf. Got that finished then, recovered this power center from my work bench and installed.

and cables managed.

Now that wall looks mostly like this.

Still have the tool board re-org to do and another wall to hang shelf bracket supports on, along with another quad outlet circuit and power center relocate.
