* Any SNAIL member that wishes to run a series on any night that is designated as currently open may do so by seeking approval from the SNAIL BoD. Once approval is granted, the event can be added to the schedule. For one off events on nights that are designated as currently open, no approval from the BoD is necessary. One off events that conflict with existing series should be avoided unless an agreement is reached between the series organizer and the organizer of the one off event.

Here's our schedule for 2025. As usual, we're dividing the year into twelve 4-week seasons (one for each month). The months that have five Sundays will either include a week that won't have an official league night or have one of their Sundays "borrowed" by another month's season.

Here's our tentative schedule for 2015. As usual, we're dividing the year into twelve 4-week seasons (one for each month). The months that have five Sundays will either include a week that won't have an official league night or have one of their Sundays "borrowed" by another month's season. Let me know if you guys see any errors or oversights.

Sorry for being a bit late replying to this topic, but I wanted to get a good look at the upcoming calendar. Now that I've had a chance to do that, I really don't think we'll have to worry about how to handle months with five Sundays.
