How come it still says I cant add a certain player because my list is full when I literally deleted 3/4 of my list? PSN keeps playing tricks with me...

You send them a friend request and it should work I can't receive any as well.

Happens to me ish ill receive a fr and accept but it says some error message.

When someone send you a request and it doesnt appear in the friends log out and in then just accept it there.
