So bummed I missed last night. Wife had to take the mother-in-law to the hospital for a growing leg infection and fever. Junior had been struck in the head with a baseball at practice, so I was on concussion observation duty.

FWIW, I loved both combos. The Ruf is AWESOME at Snetterton 300 as long as you don't over drive it. It has a very authentic feel to me. Probably the most prepared I've been in a long time, all for not. Family, life, whatchyagunna do?

Very nice. I am far from happy with my setup.. not only is my desk on wheels but so is my chair so every time I turn my wheel I start sliding across the room. :lol: I'll have to get my self a stand eventually.. but at moment I've been racing with controller more than the wheel anyway.

I can't use it at night time as it's loud and will wake people up and because of the time differences race time starts at 2AM for me so I must use the DS4, so I practice with the DS4 too. I use the wheel when just casually racing tho.

:lol:That's funny,I started off with my wheel clamped to a little fold up tv table,used to get very interesting during intense races

This is my opinion it may work to some it may not. It will be good to buy that project cars app and all together, we can run laps and see which sectors are we fast in or slow in compared to others and really pick up a good fight and have fun with it. Only reason why I say this, is because we have something to look forward to, we have a reason to do better, and provide the best competition in this community, I really think this would help us in the long run, I will also provide the videos you guys need so everyone can come close or beat my lap times, everyone can do it without giving up. That's all I have to say at this point, thanks. :cheers: :gtpflag:
 
One step closer to getting on track here. Received my t300rs yesterday. Dang Thrustmaster has bad quality control. The pedals were a disaster. Has to open them up and reset both potentiometers. The brake had a huge dead zone and the accelerator would only go to 50%. Working perfectly now.

The pedals are the weak link. You can upgrade to the T3PA pro pedals at apx. $150. Or you can still use your pedals from the G27 with this adapter, http://www.ricmotech.com/product_p/rmt-t500w2g27p.htm for $20.00. I have that adapter and has worked 100% of the time, (wish my wheel was that reliable).
 
Pedals are working 100% now and feel really good. I don't mind them at all but doubt they will last. Everything inside is very cheap, and the pots are half the size of the G27's.

Just have to get used to the game now.

Supposedly there are more things, but I can't find a lousy of what it is keys than combined Nordschleife and GP track and two cars that I have zero interest in (Pagani and some other crap)
 
I just bought the Pagani/Nord combo pack for $4. I didn't even realize I was missing anything. I'm all caught up.
 
I got the paganis but the goty stuff says installed but it's not.

Guys, this whole time I thought we were getting another 50+ cars and all the tracks and stuff. I didn't realize that it was just all of the dlc in one pack. :banghead: So I called Sony and got a refund:dunce:

This is so underwhelming, I can't even muster the energy to complain about it.
So much for that expectation.
