0/0/0 means it has not been driven, has not had switches, and has no wins. Just a brand new car.

I think that a dodge charger cannot be a real 0/0/0(because it's a standard). But if you change the oil it's almost the same (GtAuto Modify) Unless you find it in the Online Dealership.

It's true, but I don't care too much whether or not the cars are 0/0/0.
I just collect them.
EDIT: Have you tried the nascar Special Classic muscle ticket? It could be useful

Or someone used a restore ticket to make it 0/0/0 ... which should not be a problem if the car hasn't modifications, repainted and switches.

I tried it once but i got the Charger rumble bee or whatever its called, I don't have another ticket to try again though.
