I don't really see the point of it seeing as the seats are in rows of 2's and they ruined the car. Why not just get one of those fake Ferrari's from Italy and make it out of that instead of a real one?

[What] The bloody hell is this, mate? Looks like a 360 Modena (which I love) mated to be a stretch. I still remember that Top Gear in which the Top Gear crew made three limos to pick up three celebrities to an awards ceremony. One was extremely long. One was an MG MGF(?) that only had the soft top for the back seats with a big ass rear wing. The third one was basically the fronts of two cars molded together. I look at this thing, and while this is much cleaner than those funny limos from Top Gear, I don't really like this too much. Kind of a dumb way to show off Ferrari power. The 360 Modena makes sweet music at speed. I'm sure Michael Schumacher would be proud after his taxi skills last year, but not a good idea. This would be like if Ferrari does an SUV or something- just something out of place. You only see Ferraris as true driving machines. This just goes against traditional Ferraris. It's for reasons like this why we'll never get a Bugatti Veyron limo, Enzo limo, or even my beloved McLaren F1 into a limo. I know Ferrari didn't make this, but they'd be ashamed of themselves if they did come up with a stretch Ferrari of some kind. It still won't stop some people from making all-out-there cars like this. Wonder what kinds of jokes Jeremy Clarkson would make about this? I wonder how "The Stig" would do hot-lapping this thing around the Top Gear test track.

Limos are like the popularity group in High School... It's pointless after high school. Also, Limos are not fun and they are not fun to get into either. It's like going to a really expensive bite to eat restaurant... That Ferrari limo, well just hope you don't get t-boned in it. :scared:

Lots of people make limo's out of other cars (hummer is a common one) and still keep all the badges on, I don't hear anyone complaining....

Mostly because that brings Hummer money. Lot of companies pay Hummer for multiple vehicles at a time to do so.

In the case of the Hummer too, it looks the part, and is perhaps better-looking as a limo than a normal car. What's wrong here is that the Ferrari limo was once a rakish sports/supercar (until it makes 300km/h).

I think it's creative, but pointless. A real novelty which doesn't look HALF-BAD, but not very pretty either.

If someone wanted to be for real in designing a Ferrari limo from a mid-engined car, it's a big no-no to me. That's even including the creative MG limo from that one Top Gear episode. I would have been happier if it was something like the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti. Even if Automobile Magazine said this car was a 2-door Ferrari that lacked soul (can't remember exact quote), you at least have to admit that the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti is absolutely stylish enough to create a limo with since I don't think it was meant to be a road-scorching demon. How many of you others thought another Ferrari could have been used instead of my beloved 360 Modena?

Off-topic... Hummers are overrated anyways. Nobody says a damn thing about 16-year old girls wanting them and driving them and owning them. One girl on MTV's "My Super Sweet 16" said the Hummer she got was too big. And I'm like, you f:censored:in' think? No real practicality for my 6'0" frame. Tiny inside and really annoying to see all the time.

Rant over. Carry on discussion.

I've seen that car in Manchester, it's eye catching for certain, but it's not pretty or a good idea imo.

Ferrari is suing him to debadge the car because it is obviously no longer a Ferrari.

If i was Ferrari i'de have his head cut off.

So if you were ford would you kill everyone who's modified a Model T, Model A, Model B, or Mustang over the years?

They have no legal grounds. If he left the serial numbers on the car, it is still a Ferrari. Even if he didn't, for that matter, it would be (it would just be harder to prove).

They have no legal grounds in the u.s., I don't know about Europe.

He bought the car, it belongs to him. Why should the manufacturer have any say whatsoever in the state of the property of another individual?

This company relentlessly rapes its customers and keeps making it obvious they are total pompous jackasses, and somehow everyone still loves them.
