0 Mile Speed 8 for 0 mile Stealth or LM, can trade tomrrow nite

From what I remember you cannot gift a Stealth car.
I have a 0-Mile Peugeot 908 HDi (NOT the ugly Matmut) or a 0-Mile Sauber C9.

A 0 mile 370gt
01 rx7 bathurst ,. Gran turismo skyline race car (not the pace car)
04 Acura RSX Type , lexus is200 gt-1 race car, Mercedes sl-65,
05 AEM s2000 (sema gran turismo awards)
06 Raybrig nsx super gt,
