Hey guys, sorry for the time you all been waiting, here's the first race!​


Race located at:

El Capitan

Rules:


-Minimum of 2 wheels on track
-Rumble strips are part of the track
-No wall riding
-No wall touching
-No short cutting
-No cheating of any kind​

Deadline:​


Before 17th July 16:00 GMT (www.worldtimezone.com/daylight.html)

Submitting:​


When submitting, you will PM me you best lap time, remember to save you lap as this can be necessary. You will also PM me you car(s) and classe(s). If you want, you can also PM me with some pictures taken during the lap (Save your lap, then go into Replay Theatre)

Cars and classes:​

Super-GT: Cars with more than 650HP and have R5 tires

GT1: Cars between 500-650 HP and have R3 tires

GT2: Cars between 280-500HP and have S3 tires (soft)

GT3: Cars between /-280 HP and have S2 tires (medium)

Classic car: Cars which were build before 1980 and have S2 tires (medium)

Racing, rally and concept cars are not allowed in this event!

Please use the tires mentioned above!

DO NOT DISCUSS ANY TIMES HERE! Even T-times are not allowed!

You are not allowed to set-up your car during the session, you are allowed to change and try out settings between races 👍

Bah, stupid computer. It wasn't displaying this as a new thread so I didn't see it until Casio pointed it out to me in the last result thread. :dunce:

I hate this track, now 'bout picking something a little flatter and, well, better. Worst track in the game. I'd rather go 100 laps at HongKong than 5 at Capitan

I love the track. My R390 isn't going to though...I'll try my best to get times in tomorrow. Been working too much to run any. I'm betting Pink's Supra kills me this time unless I can make up time in acceleration and braking. It's gonna be a mess over the bumps.

Edit: Uh oh, 16:00 GMT is 10:00AM United States Central time, isn't it? I'm not sure I can have them done by then.
 
Forgot to say I submitted my time yesterday. Wasn't a terrible lap at all. Won't match the MoSpElise though.
 
You don't have to worry about the Elise this time. I didn't get a chance to run any yesterday. I'll run them first thing in the morning though, whether Pink will give me points or not. I wanna see how well my cars can do. I should have picked something with a little more muscle than the 280Z for the classic car though.

Edit: Ok, running the last car (R390 :nervous: ) now.

@Casio: Nice usertitle/avatar/location combo. :lol:

Edit2: Times submitted. That R390 was a handful and then some. Had to creep along at some places.
 
So. Um. Did anyone else here apart from Ebiggs and myself submit?

What's happening here? We submitted our times almost a week ago.
 
I don't know about you Casio, but I'm done with this. Results from three competitors (albeit in 3-5 cars) can not and should not take a week to compose and post. I was really looking forward to racing more with my cars too.

Oh well.
