So who else is shooting for the 1,000 car trophy?
Or who already has it?
I can also understand the folks who have no interest in owning 40 Skylines, 20 NSXs, etc. Honestly it became tedious around 500, but I am soldiering on and hopefully will be done before month end.
 
I am close to it, currently at 935 cars (all different except maybe 5 doubles). It's getting hard to get any more though, most of the cars I still need are the very expensive ones..
 
1031 different cars, only one non-dlc car missing

Lancer Evolution IV Rally Car '97 is really hard to find... 1800 game days and I haven't seen it...
 
Just past 270, and am enjoying the various ways I can get my cars. It'll take a while to get there, and I'm not sure whether i cant to try and get 1000 different types or whether I want to stock up on the ones I like and mod them different ways.

I guess time (and my bank account) will tell!
 
Around 60 so far ... long way to go :D
 
I'm at 571 DIFFERENT cars but I think I have 590 in my garage.
 
Nearing 600 cars and I only have less than 50 'good' cars left to get (lemans, race cars, jgtc, rally yada yada). Then I'll buy 400 go karts later on, 'yay'.

I prefer quality over quantity, so I have along way to go. I've got 250 cars now:)

Yeah, the only doubles I have are the various colors of FGTs and some of the X1s.
Out of my current 925, 917 are unique.
I went with the approach of buying the expensive cars first.
Now my problem is just waiting for the missing cars to show up in the UCD.
 
955 and not at all close, if you add up the cost of the cheapest 40+ cars
 
Do you get the trophy for buying 1000 karts? If you do i might think about doing that once i get every car i'd like in the game. :p
 
I am about halfway. Not going for the trophy I just want every car in the game.


I have 508 cars total with 483 of those being unique.
 
I'm trying to collect all cars! So far I got 81 :lol: !

Damn you are close. I'm only at about 150 total, only 2 doubles. Definitely going for atleast one of every car though. The chromes and stealths have different descriptions, so I'm after 1039 different cars.
 
I'm at 551 unique cars, have all race cars already, really dreading having to buy all those Skyline and Miata :(
 
I got to 400 pretty quickly now I'm sort of stalled at 500. Tried to get all the expensive used cars first then work on the rest.
I have a few of the same car. Its hard not to with random tickets and if I mod I still like to have a stock version.
 
894 unique cars, 913 in my garage. :o)

I got it as a prize car from the GT Rally special event. Didn't realise how rare it was.
 
I also got it from the Rally event, got lucky I guess
 
270 unique cars so far 130 of them are fully modified (all tyre,all turbo stages,wings)
 
The only car I won't be able to get is the DLC NASCAR, I got all the other DLC cars, but I'm not in the US.
 
Already there! At 1018 unique cars now, got all the premiums, and am left with 20 standards. My car list is in my signature.

Got most of my cars myself "legit-ly", except for those 67's cars (through the birthday glitch) and a number of the race cars (from trading online). However, I did create a few sub account to earn extra money from the seasonal events. Not sure if that's cheating, it is debatable.

All in all, it is a rather hard journey with quite a bit of farming, but nothing beats that trophy ding when I reach 1000 cars.

513 cars, lot's of doubles, couldn't care for 1031 different cars.
Just for the trophy, as soon as I reach it, I'll sell most of them, so my garage becomes nice and tidy again! 👍



Petrol heads should not have a Prius in the garage.
