I did it last week, sold the ****e ones and I'm now back to 300 odd!
 
just past 150 so I've got a long way to go... So far I've only bought cars I really wanted or needed for progress. But now I've reached a point (level 28 a-spec / 25 b-spec)) where I'm going to start collecting cars.
 
155 cars at the moment, but I've been buying rare cars and race cars since the beginning so the most expensive ones are soon done.
 
350 cars in my garage - probably only 200 I care to keep. This trophy is my next goal in the game. Not above buying 650 Karts to get it...I am most looking forward to the moment I get the trophy so that I can then get rid of all the Karts, Vitzs, Micros, Polos, etc and just focus on cars I want to keep and drive.
 
I'm missing 65 cars at the moment, a fair chunk of which are the chromeline/stealth cars, and the 20mil cars.

All self-funded, have only traded once (for a different colour X2010).
 
Got my 1st 1000 in december, sold off half the cars and just passed 1000 again on tuesday. Works out since I can earn the chrome/matte chips again.

I don't see why it would be. You still have to race and earn the money.
