Ive just used the new patch, and got a small surprise in the used dealership. The 'new' icon has changed colour, and stopped flashing... more strangely however is the small blue ticks on two cars; the dodge ram and the civic sir-ii (eg) 91
Can anyone explain this?

The thick shows the cars you already own :)

I also noticed another small change, we can now change the view when watching replays, so you can watch with onboard camera. No cockpit cam but bumper cam, chase cam & roof cam are all present.

That's been in from the start, just press SELECT

No it hasn't, I was talking about replays saved from online races, sorry for not making that clear in the OP.

I did think that to start with, as most of them, i owned, but i never ever had a dodge ram. Or a formula gt. Or the saleen. So im not quite sure thats all it does.
Also, ive just noticed the new race type thing for online races, so now you can make a room officially for drifting. And im sure something has changed in the car sounds... something more; i cant see what anyone could complain about if they follow two steps, put a 787B on tickover and drive the some standard supercars or racing cars. They sound brilliant!

According to the official update notice, the blue tick is to indicate ownership.

There have, however, been some reports of false-positives and false-negatives in this, so it seems that there are still a couple of issues to iron out there.

I did get the dodge from one of the liscenses, but i sold after about five minutes... so i suppose that might be part of whats going on

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but 1 other small change I noticed was that some of the dashboard clocks now work in the game.

For example, the 1990 RX-7. The clock works as you drive, and also changes time depending on whether you are at a day or night track.

You can also use all your cars online and not just the favorites.

This is win, noticed this immediately and was confused as to why arcade mode has only access to favorites...take that thing out now. Favorites should be a quick list of cars to select on the fly, without having to go through long list of autos.

VW cars in the dealership swapped places.

Before the update the old WWII cars were in the last two spots on the dealership, while the Golfs occupied slots 1, 2 and 3. Now the WWII cars are the first two, and the Golfs in the last.

Wird thing, maybe now they are arranged by PP.

I think photo travel mode has more options when you have taken a picture. Used to be just save or back, now there are options to zoom and something else.

Noticed you can see the pit crews online now and it's now and overhead view when entering/exiting the pits when before it was always in-cockpit view (regardless of your normal driving view).

Yes, many cars have swapped places in the dealership. Don't why PD did this.

Another small change I noticed is that when you get a gift from a friend, the red star icon in the community tab flashes now. It used to be a static icon before.

You can change tires from the tuning menu now, where before you had to use the settings menu. May have been in the full patch notes though. Nice change.

However, if you change tires via the tuning menu the current PP rating doesn't instantly update. You have to open another option that affects PP before it swaps to the updated value for the tires.
