As some of you may be aware, Milford Cubicle and I will shortly be travelling to San Francisco to tie the knot (and then Vegas a few days later to tie it again). So, in the spirit of generosity and spreading the fun and happiness, I have one year's worth and one month's worth of Premium memberships to give away.
But there's a catch. Oh yes, there's a catch. You have to work for it. Using your head and everything.
The winner of the year Premium will be the person who comes up with the longest sentence - and it has to make sense and everything - using only the symbols of the chemical elements from the Periodic Table (and appropriate punctuation).
The winner of the month Premium will be the person who, in attempting to do the above, uses the longest single word.
That's it. The rules are:
* Only valid symbols from the Periodic Table may be used.
* There is no limit to the number of times you use any symbol.
* 1x year Premium for the longest English sentence.
* 1x month Premium for the longest word within an English sentence.
* You have until midday GMT on November 1st 2009 to submit your entry.
* ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY PRIVATE MESSAGE.
* I will keep a scoreboard in this post, though the scores will not be displayed - only the ranking.
So. Have at it.
