1.09 Patch Brings problems

Had a few freezing problems before the update but everything is running smooth after v1.09.

I have all the music off but haven't experienced any problems in any other area.

My GT5 has frozen many, many, many times before patch 1.09, but with 1.09 I cannot even start up my GT5... Yes, yes, I have tried re-installing everything and no effect. Also the disc is clean. So in other words, I cannot play GT5 at all with 1.09. Great...
