Hi, the download link requires a paid version of media fire... Is there anywere else to download this amazing mod without having to pay mediafire? Its coming up on my laptop pay for premium account to download bulk folders and theres no option (I can see to download the folders individually ={ ).

It is free, you just go into the folder "1.9.2 - Latest" and click on the zip relevant file for your version of the game and not the square box next to it and that will direct you to the page to direct that file.

If you try to download the whole folder (which you don't need to do as you only need the one zip file relative to your version of the game) it will ask you to upgrade to bulk download.

This was extremely helpful, I cant believe I missed that! Mod installed and faith has been restored, thank you so much!
 
i want to play seasonal events but all is closed, how i can play the season¿? how work this?

Hello I'm having issues with GT5 from booting from RPCS3, its asking for version 1.04 to be installed but i already have it patched for 2.11 am i missing a step??
 
Hi. I can’t seem to play any of the online races or access the seasonal events when I play this on RPCS3. Keeps saying I have no connection “Unable to connect to the server. This function cannot be used.”

Anyone know to bypass this error?
 
Hello everyone, I recently installed the latest master mod version 1.9.2 on GT5 V2.11 on my CFW PS3. Do I need this Data Installation to minimize loading times or can I skip? thanks everyone, happy gaming. I grabbed this picture from Google since I cannot capture clearly from my tv..

You may have heard of me in a few threads here or in other places - I've created tools to view and edit the game. This mod is a result of all the research that has been made towards the game compiled into one.

This mod adds several features to the game - mainly hidden ones and trust me, there are a lot. A lot of these features were used by Polyphony Digital to help developing the game.

1. LAN Mod
This is based off the original LAN Mod made by Razerman. A couple fixes and improvements were made:
  • Chat logs now display properly when activating "Online Lounge Demo" in Secret Settings (which allows names to appear properly to others).
  • 3 new car set restrictions were added. (Could not add more, the game doesn't load them properly for some reason.)
  • The original LAN Mod broke the regular Rome track. This is fixed.
  • The original LAN Mod broke Course Maker and GT TV. These options are now accessible again.
  • More cars are available in the Arcade Section, which also appears in Recommended and people can use without owning them. Also means that you can do more specific One-Make races.
  • Shuffle now goes from 240 PP to 1000 instead of the original 300 to 500. The upper PP ranges car list was imported from GTPSP's Shuffle list.
  • Added three new car categories regulations - Tuned Car Class, Historic Cars (20 mil race cars), and Schwardzwald League B.
  • Time to finish minimum can now be changed down to 10 seconds instead of 20.
  • Now possible to use Karts and F1's without the one make restriction.

2. Added PS2 Tracks
The game has nearly all of the PS2 era tracks. 42 of them are included in this mod.

3. Restored Cut A-Spec Events
Note: Removed for the time being - needs some polishing.

Roughly 15 of them. Unfortunately game progress does not work for them (hardcoded).
Custom car rewards have been added for them (will require a fresh save).

4. QA Menu
Allows you to easily edit your save ingame, unlock DLCs directly, used by testers during development.

4. Any Car in Photo Travel
A bypass rather than hidden feature. You can use standard cars in Photo Travel.

5. Race Editor
Used by Polyphony Digital to create game events, most notably licenses. You can use it to save events as an XML file to either the hard drive or an USB.
(Events are located at textdata/gt5 if you want to make custom events.)

6. Extra Course Maker Settings
Presumably used during development to make events for the GT Tour.
You can set the track length, and type of track. Yes you can now make Point-To-Point tracks. You can also drive your current GT Mode car during testing.

7. Painting Any Type of Car & Wheels
Also a bypass. Does not apply the color on all cars, rather unpredictable.

8. Special Settings
Now without save editing required.

9. All Cars in Dealership
Prices are balanced (aka more expensive), so the Used Car Dealership is still relevant.

10. Offline Credit/XP/Presents Login Presents Reimplemented
Should balance the game a bit more.

11. Added Scrapped Cars Entirely
Cars that were easy to re-add from older GT5 versions/builds were added to the game. (Attached image: Polyphony Digital X1)

Wow it sure has been a hot while since I modded instead of doing research/reverse-engineering/writing tools.
This is the first release of the mod that incorporates recompiled game code (arcade & main menu). It will also
expand to gtmode in the future, this is just a small update to test the waters.

Main Menu:

* Main menu target framerate has been raised to 60 (vanilla locked to 30 - RPCS3 users with decent enough hardware can reach this target framerate.).
* The DLC menu is now accessible offline and can be used to install paid DLCs without entitlement.
* Added cut Red Bull Charity DLC packs.
* All previously unavailable buttons (Online Lounge, GPS Replay) are now available as-is.
* The debug menu can now be used to set money to 0.
* Added prompts to certain debug menu options.
* Fixed a bug with the vanilla debug menu which would reset units.
* Fixed a bug with the vanilla debug menu where the cursor was invisible.

* Fixed an oversight where the tuning shop had options that did not function.

Regarding to the QA menu, does this DLC button unlocks all the dlc's? like Camaro Edge Special, the NASCAR Gran Turismo themed Camry and more?

after I create a custom race, the OTHER_NETWORK ERROR message appears
google said that it must be installed in hdd0/.. I checked and it is properly installed on PS3's internal HDD..
 
I think it's in more as a curiosity than something fully functional, since it was never intended for use by the public I think there's broken functionality in there that Polyphony never fixed.

I saw in this video that he created a custom race using his CLK DTM vs. another DTM cars using Master Mod, and the errors not appeared..
 
Something I want to report is that Chamonix (PS2) is apparently listed as a dirt track because it has me use dirt tires, when it should be snow tires instead. Not only that, but my car also kicks up dust while racing on the track.

@Nataka the installation instructions are provided with the files when you download them. As for the error, have you tried Googling it? That's RPCS3 not the mod and there are many possible causes.
 
I imagine it’s missing for a reason, and I feel like if it was in ideal condition it would have been included.

Edit: Reading on TCRF, it says it crashes upon loading and I am not aware if it can be fixed yet.

What's going on? I'm playing on an emulator. I installed a car and completed a race with it. I exited the emulator and re-entered it, and the car is gone. How can I fix this? Is it possible?

What does this mean? I can't figure it out. Can you describe what these features offer? GT Academy Edition, Signature Edition, Label Magazine, or show photos?

How do I get an Audi R10 TDI stealth model? I checked the Signature Edition box, but I still haven't received the car.

It's possible but requires reworking every event in the mod. If you go to the Gran Turismo Modding Hub (you can Google it) you can download all of the tools you'd need to be able to make those changes yourself.

It's not hard to mod events in GT5/6 once you've done it once. GT5 can take a bit more work to add new events entirely, but changes like these are relatively straightforward once you know how.

I'd strongly recommend people interested in tailoring GT5/6 events specifically to what they would like, learn how to do this.

Thanks for your reply, and I'll look into it in detail, because I'd really love to be able to take advantage of wear and consumption data across all events, not just endurance races

No problem, just bear in mind unless you're also making the races longer, these things will have minimal impact on most of the races in the game as they are.
 
Does increasing the length of races create problems?
No, it shouldn't. As long as you use tracks that work with pit stops. Which is most of them to be fair. You'd have to trial and error it or see if there's a list to check if a race is on a track where put stops don't or won't work.
 
Help, guys. How do I play from someone else's save? I downloaded the save, but the game keeps crashing, whether it's an emulator or the game itself.
