How can I know what version I am in?
I am on PS3.
If you don't get a "there is a newer version, want update?" info at gamestart, you are at 2.17 (newest).
You can check it in the PS3 menu, same column where you start the game, should be something like "gamedata utility tool" (mine is not english so i can't say exactly).
On GT5, press triangle for "options" and select "info"

Very much!
It brings back the daily login bonus (solving balance issues) and unlocks several fan-favourite tracks from GT4.
It also includes the LAN mode, which is a gamechanger for me personally. I have four rigs for local multiplayer.
modern rig
What rig exactly? Logitech G29 works perfectly except for no H-shifter support, but I don't know about newer/different ones.

I have TS-PC racer wheel/ 4 various rims for it, THA-8 shifter, Clubsport v1 load cell pedals, drivehub connected to cfwps3/ stock ps4 pro. Yeah me too, no H-shifting, only sequential with GT5/6 and triangle button for reverse gear sadly. I'm experiencing almost no feedback in middle though, but while turning, catching slides, going over rumble strips is good, am baffled whether it's just drivehub on ps3 or that's how gt5 feedback is in general. Btw I think drivehub is emulatinngT-500 wheel for my TS-PC, they are both somewhat equivalent 5-6 Nt. Well I'm still very grateful that I can play GT5 which I have missed out on in past years. I love GT 5 driving physics, it teaches to drive proper! Brake on straight and only then gradually apply throttle, if you fail doing that you are going to end up in powerslide which is very difficult to counter, given that I only play with all assists off and all sim sets enabled to max

hey yeah i just did it biu the game starts but then it freezez the game but not the console idk if ti just that i have to wait or something idk i only used the PFIDD file idk i i have to use them all please help

Ok, thanks, but I am certain, that every single update is one small step next like 2.11 to 2.12 to 2.13 and etc, and I am at an update before 2.17, but it did tell me that I am in update 2.15, so I'll just do everything again, thank for the info.

GT5 MM has been updated to 1.9.2. If I packed this correctly it should be entirely compatible with mods that uses/requires it.

It's a completely optional update as it only updates the main menu screen aswell as address compatibility with an ingame infobox when running online servers.

Just got the master mod set up and jumped into a Professional + difficulty arcade race, and it was awesome! Great, quick fun. I really enjoyed it, the AI have some good pace and don't back down. I really like that you can use any car in arcade mode as well!

Thank you to all involved for creating this mod!

I know this issue has been mentioned here before, but i'll bring it up once again anyway since it's not properly solved -
My screen freezes on GT logo right after the intro cutscene, while menu sounds and everything else seem to work just fine in the background.

Log says:
E sys_fs: 'sys_fs_stat' failed with 0x80010006 : CELL_ENOENT, “/dev_hdd0/game/BCUS98114/USRDIR/PDIPFS/9/86/SF”

P.S. I got my copy of GT5 for rpcs3 from Internet Archive (version 2.01)

You likely want to update GT5 to version 2.11. I think that’s the version the master mod is developed for.

Hey, I seem to have a weird issue with the mod it seems. I can't race on Autumn Ring mini it seems. The game hangs up on loading with 1.9.2 version

I've got a question. I installed the master mod and play along awhile, and I found it's working well. Last saturday I've read about DLC and how to edit your save game so that all the DLC appeared to be installed. I've tried it, but now there's a problem.

None of the PS2 circuits appeared. They used to appeared before I use the save editor. Fortunately, I had a backup save from earlier, though I will need to take notes on my tunes since I tuned 86 GT rather well last weekend. Then I saw on the debug menu there's options of adding DLC and remove save data

So, my question is whether the steps I need to take is correct:
1. Take notes on what I've tuned.
2. Start debug, choose remove save data.
3. Copy my backup save data from PC to PS3
4. Restart the game
5. Start debug, choose DLC and add all DLC

Thank you for your support.

Update:

Tride those steps above, the PS2 track still doesn't show up. I'll try to get a clean slate of GT5, reinstall the update, and the master mod.
