1 wheel and pedals output to console and PC

Title basically says it all.

I have one wheel and one set of pedals and want to use them with either a PC or a console but I do not want to keep disconnecting and connecting the usb cable from one to the other.

how can I do this? probably a very basic question but thought someone here could help me.
