I just finished GT3!! who wants to touch me?

I SAID WHO WANTS TO ****IN TOUCH ME?!?

south park thing sorry, I'm very stoked right now tho and I felt I should share my enthusiasm

i understand that i just finished my first game a few weeks ago. but of course you know you gotta do it over again.

oh of course, this is actually my 2nd time around but the last game got deleated around 90% thanks to a power surge...

that was horrible but it made this game much more gratifying

I have no desire to touch you, but I will share your excitement. I'm at 97.8% myself, with only the Formula GT left to do. The Escudo is currently pre-racing the Test Course for me in preparation for the final series.

i must say that my first completion was terrible though. i did alot of series just to try and get all the cars and i would quit alot of races so i only had like a 70% win percentage and i think i beat it on day 600.

Why's it taken u so long?

I got finished YEARS ago (well it feels like it)

I'm just off to look for a barge pole....

Congrats tho... i know the joy of getting the Viper GTS-R

Damnit, i'm about 80% through the Japanese game with just the Pro races to do (I've done all my enduros as well :D ). Although last night I was so tired I had to give up half way through a PD cup race.

Uh anyway, congratu****ing lations.

Excellent. Congradulations! I'm in the 30-40% range my second time through. Lots of fun (:

I've played GT3 ever since it came out (July 2001) and am only at 70%! I guess my problem is I do mostly car comparisons on free run anymore. I just can't seem to muster the willpower to stick with that brutal Tokyo endurance race. Bleh, I hate Tokyo!

I got GT3 release day too... it was the only reson I got a PS2 (got it launch day expecting GT3 before xmas - but that's another story)

Took me a while to get motivated to 100% it all with golds everwhere. I did it tho and getting that loverly Viper is well worth it. Plus the joy of maxing it out feels good too.

Most of the enduros are boring - esp in those damn MX5s - wadda they think we all are... hairdressers??

Im not a fan of street circuits either... Autumn Ring or Trial Mountain have to be my faves.

The enduros aren't all bad. If you play them right they can actually be quite fun. If you're in a comparably placed car to the first place AI car you can have a nice ongoing challenge in front of you.

I suppose so, but it usually jsut ends up as a time trial... jsut wish they had more 'racing' enduros... they just take so goddamn long... 1 1/2 - 2 hours is a bloody long time for a race.
Still, you can hit the 'pause' button for a coffee / toilet break whenever you like which is more than can be said for real enduro racers ;)

A-men! Preach on, Brutha Loud!

I love the Enduros. I only wish I had more time to run them. Particularly the Spec Miata enduro, which can be quite relaxing.

lol i wish i had my own personal team for the enduros like the real racers but i tried to let my bro finish the rome one and i lapped the 1st place person almost ten times and when i came back my bro was in sixth i was like "what the hell did you do i was in first by sooooo much" he sux

I hear you man that was the biggest ***** of a race, I don't know what PD was thinkin when they made that race 100 laps, those @ssholes

Quit yer yappin and get on with it, if you can't do that you can't claim to be up amonst the best GT drivers, it's an endurance race, it's meant to be long.

Endurance races are fun. I don't think they're too long. I hope they have lots of endurance races in GT4. Congrats on 100%, Professional! I know what it feels like to finally see it say 100% complete!

So true, the joy of taking a stock Miata against the other cars in the beginner cup, is one of it's kind.

The cars handle great, not too much power.. Great competition 👍..

But I'm hooked on Need For speed.

Thanks, I don't have to search now.

Just completed 100% yesterday; had to complete the TT10 with the CTR (did that for 3 hours straight), and complete the remaining 20 or so Arcade Races. What I found funny was the awarding of the F094/S; I completed the game with the final Arcade race (SSR5 II Wet) but the car didn't show up in my garage. (Okay, no big deal, I won one from the PD Cup.)

So I figured, gee...I've got 5 million credits, why not try a car you've never raced before. So I bought a new 328Ci (or whatever that lone BMW is called), raced the Beginner FR race, and won that. Strangely, even though I'd already won 100%, the prize screen came up again...and awarded me the F094/S for real this time.

Compared to GT2, I figured there had to be a bug in there somewhere...

When you get 100%, if it's won in the arcade mode, you get the award the next race you win in simulation mode.

thats cool i have 55.1% complete and i still have two tournies in beginner and almost all pro and about half amatuer and all but 5 races in hard i have all gold licences and its day 300 sumthing
