100% Completion 100% Win ratio.

Been, seen, done... :D

There's a thread knocking about called "Road to 229" - for those of us who've completed the game by the minimum game day 229, in which you must by definition have a 100% win rate at 100.0% completion.

The original latin form sounds much better : Veni, Vidi, Vici
I'll try the 229 - 100 - 100 when I have enough spare time for that. That is when I'm retired or imprisoned. I finished my first GT3 game 100% around day 770 with a 82% win.

It was a great The Hives album, too.

I accomplished the Day 229 in about one month. It wasn't hard because my second car in the game was the fastest F1 car in the game, and I used it whenever I could. I only accomplished it for the game save, just in case there is a special GT3 to GT4 save game transfer.

You got a F094/S for your second car? How'd you manage to pull that off? You get gold on a license to get a car to do the Polyphony cup series in?

Buy the MX-5 as your first car, get all the licenses and win the MX-5 enduro is the most common way to do it, but you can just get gold on the IA or S license and use the prize cars to walk the Polyphony cup.

This may not be on topic just so you know.I was playing the Gran Turismo All stars in the amateur and with the Camaro Race car in Deep forest backwards The Castrol Mugen NSX passed me and i was still in first.

No, but I got all gold in one of them, The A license test, sold the car, a RX-8, and bought a Viper. I used that in the PD Cup, it was quicker than the RX-8, and played the last race over, and over again, until I won the F094/S.

That's how, Sven.

I admit, it wasn't much fun, but I was concentrated on speed of completetion, rather than fun. Get this, 'cause I thought GT4, would soon be released!

Plus, I wanted a chance to play other games before it was released, too. Boy, I got all the chance in the world, now.

I still plan on doing the Day 229 over again, this time getting all golds on the license tests, and having FUN, this time around. I do it right before GT4 gets released.

Yeah, but that F1 is just the '88.

The F688/S (or P002 in PAL versions) is more than quick enough to walk almost every race in the game - you can even win the Formula GT Cup in it. That just leaves you drive/tune/car-specific races, the PD Cup and the rally stages.

Remember you can also attack the Arcade Mode first and receive all gold times in the Time Trial mode. This sets you up with your very first car: a Panoz Esperante GTR-1. It sure beats getting all golds on the B license and A license exams; a Miata & RX-8 respectively. Though if you can beat the Time Trials, you're probably good enough to start with the Panoz and completely wipe the heck out of the A.I.
