Hm, anyway, this would seem to cement my theory that Sony is truly trying to push GT PSP sales as a launch promotion for GT5.

I think your "theory" is more of a fact. I think Sony wanted a GT on PSP for the Go, so they figured they would use it to start promoting GT5.

So I went to the Tokyo Motor Show, went straight to the GT booth, and was given 99 free cars by Wi-Fi transfer. When I got back home, I turned on my PSP it said my collection had been updated. In the latest news part it said I received 99 cars from so-and-so BUT I can't located them in my garage. Hmm.

p.s. GT5 is awesome. Drove the new Ferrari around Tokyo for 3 minutes!

Yeah I have been wondering about that too. Because when I tried to share my garage with a friend, says it was complete. But when you actually check, your garage still only has the amount you started before the transfer. But your status shows otherwise.

Go to dealership view. You'll find them in there. They won't be in the "recently added" list. You're going to have to go down to the list by dealership in your garage.

I'm looking forward to seeing what cars you guys acquired.

You are a gentleman and a scholar. Having a quick look through the list, I didn't get any before-now-unknown vehicles, but I did get a Pescaralo, the Mazda 787B, Lister Storm, BMW LM car, some DTM and JGTC race cars and a bunch of others!

Some 3-4 million dollar cars given for free...I mean, who wouldn't take it?
he he, for me, it's not jealousy but time savings. I have nearly 900 cars collected in my garage, yet my 100 driven vehicles list is around 20. I t would have been great to have those cars given free at the auto show. The auto show in my city is terrible...very little perks or incentives and the show grounds are small.

Thanks for posting the list . I have some of those already, but the racecars will take a while for me to get . Good thing there aren't any special/new cars though, I'd be seriously pissed off for not being able to get them.
