What does sync up mean? Anyways I have 7 you're missing.

It just means sending each other what you dont have.

If you are logged into that site and enter your inventory, when you view someone elses inventory it compares the two for you. It shows you what you have that hes missing. So you "sync up" and gift the missing ones to each other.

hey mate what paints are you looking for?

i can send some paints+gears if there is missing! :)
