1000 ticket question

Can I get the 1,000 ticket more than once like by taking to the track 200 times or whatever?

Yes
I get mine every 100th race... never had the distance version and I've tried to clock up alot of miles - but I think it is disabled and you only get a 1000 after every 100th race. You don't have to win them.
