Happy Easter everyone, even if you aren't religious it's still a fun day to get chocolate bunnies and eat a big dinner. You might even be lucky enough to get an Easter basket. Since my mom still thinks I'm 10 she got me one which has two new pairs of jeans in it, a Gamestop giftcard, a Subway gift card, and a ton of candy...not that I'm complaining.

I stopped eating chocolate last year in the summer but still, happy Easter everyone.

Hmm, Easter... Yes!

Well, its the end of lent and I'm sure that all of our Catholic friends are very happy. Me being a quarter-Catholic, I didn't give up anything. I've already given up too much being a Jedi. But, alas, its good to have the kids back.

So, happy Easter everyone. Surely we shall all feast on ham shortly!

We always make lamb on easter with roasted potatoes and yorkshire pudding. I'm eagerly awaiting.

Happy Easter!

Although I don't really care much about it, I'm not religious in any way so I didn't give up anything for lent. And now the day is here..well, put it this way I asked for money rather than a Easter Egg. Money wise I did quite well its £15 in the bank. Much safer there than in some stupid egg...

Easter make me wonder what they're trying to teach us kids. I mean, Come on. There's a giant mutated bunny hopping around, laying eggs in our lawns. It just makes no sense.
Well, Happy Easter!!!!!1!!!1!111!one!!1!wun!!1!1!!!!11121!1!1!22121

Why are you complaining? You get free chocolate, good food, if your parents or grandparents are cool then you'll get some cash, and you get to pretend you're religious. It's great.

You know for the UK we are changing the song of "I'm Dreaming of a white Christmas" to "I'm dreaming of a white Easter". Yeah it kinda snowed...all day...it was kind of deep for the UK too....And we didn't get snow at Christmas....

I forgot that today is Zombie Jesus day, so I went out to run some errands, and every single store was closed (except one, but it didn’t have what I needed to buy). So I ended up driving 50+ miles for nothing.

:grumpy:

I went to my grandparent's house, but we accidentally forgot everything they got us at their house.

There's only two days a year that Tesco (major, god-like supermarket) closes, Christmas day and Easter

We went to the local tesco to get some cash from the ATM and the carpark had basically been turned into a skate part/Saxo-fest. Was quite surreal.

We had a good Easter. Jack had a party Saturday night and all his friends stayed over. We had an easter egg hunt, which ended with me just throwing the small eggs at everyone cos I got tired of trying to find good hiding spots. We had bacon, eggs, tomato, hash browns and chocolate chip hot cross buns for brekky.
It even looks like it snowed in my back yard thanks to the decapitation of a rather large Crusty The Clown doll.
I love Easter - 4 day weekend, easter eggs and hot cross buns (of the chocolate chip variety).

Happy Easter everyone.

Now all I gotta to is get Jack to clean up all the polystyrene beads around the house and yard.

I don't have a clue what to do with all these easter chocolate things, I don't eat much chocolate anyway, and I'm not a big fan of it either

People get money from their relatives on a chocolate-orientated Easter day? Sounds like I've been missing out then.

*sigh*

This year was an Easter to forget. I guess I really screwed this one up this time. Between not sleeping the night before, not being able to sleep on the plane because of two energy drinks, not eating anything and spending 7 hours in the O'hare airport it pretty much sucked. At least foosball, seeing friends and going to less than legal events in cars was entertaining.

Hope you all had a happy Easter!

You spent 7 hours at O'hare? Jesus, I would have walked back to Grand Rapids.

I thought about renting a car one-way. And I would have taken the train if it didn't leave Chicago my flight would have anyway. And the other sad part is that there were probably two flights that arrived from Seattle and three that left for GR in the time I was there that I probably could have taken in any order. Frequent flier miles aren't always the best.

And the airports were the busiest I've seen in a while which is rather odd.

Easter is delaying the arrivals of my online purchase because Canada post refuses to delivery on friday or monday :(

Yeah. What the hell's up with that?

Zombie Jesus Day = ovate cacao-based confection

Since when was it Christmas II?
