You can do A-spec (no inet needed) or seasonal events (only low bandwith needed) for teh money
Um, no I don't think so. The best way right now is to do the Ferrari seasonal at La Sarthe. It pays over 500,000 for one lap. You should be able to do it no matter your speed. You only need the connection to load the race.

yeah i am grinding now while i am at work im run a endurance race,when i am not at work i restart the endurance race and run the race again,then i drive ,then let bob drive for the rest of the time that i am at work it sucks because its hard to make money like gt1,2,3,4
