just noticed you cant seem to get anymore than 999 laps showing up on the main screen :( but when you bring up the b-spec screen it tells you how many laps you really are currently on......1105 if anyones intrested :)

slightly random post but just thought i would share it.
 
ok the worst thing just happened,noticed it had stopped timing the laps too so went and got my digital camera to take a pic as proof and the power went out!!!!!! :mad: was on lap 1132 too!!!!:guilty: time to start again:indiff:
 
well so far its running on lap 3061 which works out to around 36,700 miles :eek: all in one go,im planning on letting it run to 40,000 miles or 3333 laps
 
Maybe you need to do something, like a revision to see how the PS2 is doing. Open it and take it dust and stuff because a PS2 on for a week straight gathers a lot of dust
 
You my freind are a true GTer. I tried something like this awhile back, 500 laps of Super Speedway. I see I am horribly puny compared to this feat.

I learned after the enduros that a PS2 is nothing like my cube and doesnt mind being left on for 24 hours+. My old cube fried the laser reader it got so hot. *sigh* only Nintendo product ive ever had break on me.

Back on topic. Post some pics of the before and after of the oil and car wash. :)

ok update for anyone intrested,checked it this morning and now on lap 4038 which is just over 48,000 miles :D

only problem now is that the washing machine is on and it has a habit of tripping the power which and cutting the power to the house :( really hope it doesnt!!!!
 
acutally, i do wanna see the pics too, how the oil and the car looks like it. i know, there isnt much differents, but still...:)
