Ok, I've been a little confused lately on when AM changes to PM and PM changes to AM. Is it 12:00, or 12:01? I've had some people say its 12:00 and others say its 12:01. Like 12:00 at night, AM or PM?

Neither of them.
PM starts at 1 pm. 12 is just noon. 11:59 is still morning.

I'm sure you have a lot more running than you think.
Anyhow, we all know that Bill Gates is all knowing and wouldn't program his OS incorrectly, so it is settled.
