12 Hours after purchase and still no DLC

It has been 12 hours since I purchased the DLC, and it still says "No Downloadable Content" when I go to the red button on the main screen in GT5. Stealth car and theme downloaded fine. All the packs are showing under services below my account in the XMB. The PS3 has been restarted several time including being off/disconnected overnight. Any other ideas or suggestions? Who should I contact about this problem?
 
If you are having problems with the DLC, you should contact SCEA about your ordeal, but chances are they will give you a "very professional response within seven business days"... :p

If you want to try and solve the problem yourself, then delete your GT5 game data; that is your installed data files, not your savegame file. After doing so, re-install all the updates and then install the data files again, redownload your DLC from the Playstation Store (it will be under "View Downloads"), and hope for the best...

If none of these options work out for you, then I have no other ideas for you... :confused:
 
No no no no no, you're doing it wrong. It seems everybody is doing it wrong.

You have to go to the PlayStation Store and get your DLC that way. Then when you start GT5, you go to the main menu and click the "DLC" button to retrieve your DLC.
 
Woah, I'm really sorry. I misread your post and thought that you didn't purchase the DLC yet. I thought you were going to the DLC button and thought that is where you purchase the DLC from. Disregard my previous post.
 
Heavy traffic (not on the tracks) at Playstation Store is wreaking havoc on the DLC download times for GT5. I waited and waited and, when nothing happened, purchased it twice, thinking there was a glitch. Now I have two of everything and can't exchange or give away any of it. Anyone else have this problem?
