I don't think you did - it's DLC and would only appear in the NCD.

That is of course if your thread title is correct - it says 1200 '66 which is a Volkswagen Beetle and only available from a Car Pack DLC.

I had my PS3 idling last night when it switched to the Studio and featured a '66 VW Beetle. The car has all the Chrome blacked out in a Semi-Gloss Black. The bumpers and overriders, the hubcaps and wheel centers, all the side trim and the badging was all blacked out, with nice tinted windows to match., The car shown was a Medium Blue Pastel color. Very interesting, and it got my
" Speculation Wheels" turning.......💡
