I finally figured out what model that Mitsubishi is. It's a European model that was rated at 285bhp and came with 13G turbos instead of 9Bs for the Autobahn, but the larger turbos didn't make the car much faster.
You can identify that it's EU spec by the MMC decal on the back, turbo writing on the side, and most importantly fog lights which were mandatory on EU models.
The only confusing thing is all the cars have J spec speedometers that stop at 115-120mph.
I'm waiting on a second generation (1994-1999) model to drop as this one is no good.
