2.02 Bug - F1 Cars with all other cars

If you restrict it to Ferrari F1 then unrestrict it then you will be able to race F1 cars against things like a Formula GT or go-kart or anything you want

Who knows I don't think it will go that far, but I do know there is a reason the F1 cars are restricted from all other cars.
