When i play 2 player mode (only just noticed the other day when a friend came over to play GT3) that when i choose cars from my 'Home Garage', that theyre totally untuned!

WTF?!?

is this just normal, or have i screwed up some setting somewhere, or what?

i go to choose my fully tuned FTO LM Race Car to battle against my friend driving my fully tuned Impreza LM Race Car (both pushing out over 900HP, with well sorted suspension tuning) and they were both as slow as all fcuk, and handled like the road was covered wil marbles!

i didnt know what was going on... then, upon returning to the 'Choose Car' screen, i noticed that the HP figures were back to stock specs! why wont it let me drive my modified cars when i choose 'Home Garage', instead of turning them back into stockers?!?!?

help.... please? :)

i just feel a bit ripped off... :thatsodd:

especially when spending so much time setting up the suspension, telling my friend how great the car handles, only to have it miraculously turn back into an understeering stocker in 2 player mode... :Poke:

They're actually tuned as they are in Simulation mode, with all the stuff stuck on them. But they don't show those specs in Arcade mode (for an unknown reason ...).

Your cars are still bad ass, but they're keeping it a secret (:

Hmmm were you doing 2 player mode or I-Link race? 2 player mode in Arcade mode..the cars are as you tuned them. And in I-Link they go back stock. Sucks huh :/

I did not have this problem. I’d set-up the escudo for the wheelie trick and then raced two of them in two-player mode to draft for a maximum speed on the test course and to say the lest the car wheelyed.

What I did notice was the dif's in the car when I selecting RACING and DRIFTING before the race.

Yes that's correct, the cars are tuned it's just that they don't display as tuned in 2 Player mode...think? :D

Also what's the difference between racing and drifing...ie what affects will it have on the cars :car: handling? :burnout:

but the cars were noticeably slower & didnt handle at all, compared to how i'd set up the suspension in GT mode...

still feeling ripped off...

*and it was '2 Player Battle' in Arcade Mode, not I-Link....*
