2 Q's about PM's and VM's

Sorry if the title is considered not done, just wanted to give some info without making a long title... Anyway, first question;
Sometimes after I've sent a PM (Private Message) it isn't listed under the Message Tracking, so I can't see whether the PM is read or not by the receiver.
Any idea why that happens? And well, could you fix it, in case it would actually be something that's not supposed to happen.

Second question, is actually a suggestion.
Could you consider placing the page navigation of the VM's (Visitor Messages) at the top as well.

I personally use the page navigation a lot to go to the first page (to edit one of my VM's where I keep a schedule, if you must know). It'd be easier, less time consuming, and it wouldn't tire my scroll finger as much, if I could navigate the pages at the top.
Just my suggestion, I can imagine you won't add this if just one person asked it to be done. :)
 
Are you sure you have the "Request a read receipt..." option checked when you're composing the private messages in question? This feature appears to be working correctly for me.

As for the suggestion, the forums will actually be getting a bit of a functional makeover soon (including revamped profiles), so I'm not going to be implementing any significant changes to the design or layout at this time.

Yeah that seems to be it, didn't pay attention to the options there, sorry.
I assumed it always did that, automatically. It's probably because I immediately replied to a PM, without choosing to go advanced.

Wern't we supposed to be getting revamped group pages or something?
 
Yes and yes, though there's been delays beyond my control.
